  I have installed 2 other printers on this network in order to use the printer very well. (Vista and Windows 7)
  I get to the very last step on installing printer wizard and click on "Finish".
  The pilot progress bar window install window opens for a fraction of a second and closes.
  I get the error 'printer driver is not installed. Operation could not be completed.

I did a Reset of OE at some point. until recently, when I changed a bunch of them to admin full control most of the permissions were wrong.
