  • Printer gets the job, but does not print the entire Page

When I try to print on my network from my laptop printer, the printer receives the job, but only print a tiny part of the page, leaving about 90% white.  He does it everywhere where I launched a print of.  Excel, Word, Web sites and pictures.  All documents, it's the same thing.  I'm guessing it's something simple, but since a few days I can't understand it.  All of the suggestions.

    Hi BobbyPhillips

1 can get you a preview of the page you print completely?

    2. What is the brand and model of the printer?

The problem might be related to the printer settings. I suggest to get an overview of the page and check if the printer settings have been correctly configured. You can also check cartridge and any hardware problem associated with the printer.

    I hope this helps.

  • Epson Stylus CX9300F printer getting the error "paper is low or empty.

I just added my Epson Stylus CX9300F printer to my laptop Windows 7 (64-bit) and the resolution of the problems are saying that there is 'no paper' in the printer... I also use this printer with my Office Windows 10 (64 bit) - and it prints perfectly fine from this source.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why there is this error display "paper is low or empty" on the laptop?

    Soon :)

    Hello

I suggest you try it please add the printer manually:

Click "Start" > click "devices and printers".
    Click on "add a printer".
    Click "add a local printer.
Click on "Create a new Port" > scroll down to "Standard TCP/IP Port" > click "next".

Type the IP address of the printer and click "Next".

The printer must be found and use the USB driver that you have already installed, if the driver is not used you will need to add the driver.

    I hope this helps!
  • I try to print, get the error message "Please enable setting"Enable bidirectional communication"in the printer properties dialog box.

When I tried to print I got the message (please turn on the setting "enable bidirectional Communication" in the printer properties dialog box ") but I need to know how to do this.

On the start menu, menu on the side right should be a button devices and printers, which will bring you to the page printers. There you can find your printer and right click on it and select Properties. This would be the place to enable two-way communication, but beyond that, I can't help you as I don't know what would the Properties window for your printer.

  • Print spooler is corrupted after every reboot.

    original title: corrupt Printer Spooler

I have huge problems with my spooler.  I tried every fix I found on this site, and they work.  Until my laptop is restarted, then Windows 7 seems to be obsessed with restore corrupted files.  It seems he has programmed it to file backup that runs the joint.  We have renamed the files, we ran all the scans here, we did things together of dependencies (which has never worked in a first time.)  When I do the scans, it is said he found and repair corrupt files.  Then I turn off my laptop.  Turn it on, VOILA!  Corrupted once more.  I really don't want to, or don't I think I should have to, go through the trash whenever I want to print.  I want a permanent solution, please.

    Hello VxShady,

I lived the same problem and your last message gave me a few ideas, leading to the following solution worked for me.

    1. Open a with right click command prompt and use the option "run as Administrator".
    2. SFC can restore the version appropriate for spoolsv.exe, "sfc/scannow".
    3. Start the spooler service to confirm it works and set to start automatically.
    4. Open a Windows Explorer with the right-click and use the "Run as Administrator" option.
    5. Navigate to the Windows\System32 folder, right click on spoolsv.exe and choose the properties option.
    6. Check the read-only check box, and then click OK.
    7. Copy the file spoolsv.exe on the desktop for good measure.
    8. Reset.

The program or service that replace your file with a corrupted version spoolsv.exe should now be unable to crush them. For me, this solves the problem, and the spooler service starts automatically after reboot.

I hope it helps you too!

    Best regards, Dave

  • my printer will not get the wireless signal and so my laptop can not find print, what should I do?

How can I make the printer get the wireless signal?

1 Microsoft do not have printers - so it would not be my first option to ask in the forums to help MS.

    2. we have even less likely to help when you do not tell us what printer, what operating system, what router wi - fi or anything!

I suggest that you follow the instructions in your printer manual, with operating instructions of your wi - fi router to work things out.  You should connect the printer via a cable to the wireless installation.

If stuck try the support forums on the Web site of the manufacturer of the printer with the forums on the website of the manufacturer of the router.

  • HP 6700 premiums AiO not printed with the size of the special page (Mac OSX 10.9.1 Mavericks)

    Hello

I'm Italian, sorry for my bad English translation!

I have a HP OfficeJet 6700 Premium (e-print AiO) working out Mac OSX 10.9.1 Mavericks and connected to my MacBook Pro by ETH RJ45 wireless router.

I've written the next did not with Mac OS x 10.6.8 Snow Leopard.

I often use a special paper with the sticker from the postage label. The paper size is (l) 153mm (h) x 297mm. I set the special size in the layout with a new parameter.

Now, when I print the page by Illustrator or other SWs, the printer show me on the LCD the following alert: "the printer cannot print because the page size is different by size of page checked sensors!"

But if I set the printer layout in A5 format, the printer get the impression quite rightly!

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you

    Salvatore (tothus)

    Hi tothus aka late.

I understand your photos that you use Airprint to install the software and drivers and you need to use the HP software.

Add the printer to the system preferences, print and Scan

    1. Click on the Apple icon > System Preferences > print and scan.
    2. Click on the small symbol.
    3. Select Add another printer or Scanner

    4. Select the printer you are adding and next to the 'use' to choose the printer driver.  You will find Airprint is selected by default, click Airprint to open the drop-down list and choose your driver.

You should now have the HP software installed.

I sincerely hope this helped. Please let me know how it goes for you.

    Kind regards

  • Officejet 5610 starts slow printing and button / stop flashes

This just started happening.  A document (no matter what I print) will begin to print, get the first two lines printed and then take incredibly slow.  Meanwhile, the power LED flashes and the message says "print...". "If I restart my computer and as you turn the printer power on and off, it will correct itself.  Anyone else have this or know what to do?  Thank you

Looks like the printer can be connected to a surge protector and the surge protector can not provide the stream of electricity the printer needs since it starts then slows down and the power LED flashes.

The printer is connected to a surge protector?  If so, plug it directly into a wall socket.  If it's related to the surge, the question shouldn't be present.

    Let me know what happens.

  • Authentication of the machine and 802. 1 x

I'm trying to get the machines to authenticate against active directory using 802.1 x. It works fine when I use PEAP and CHAP authentication. Works like a dream, no problems at all. But I need to check that the machine is a part of the domain, the user will have to sign later anyway. It is important that our machines are checked as part of Active Directory, and then authenticate the port to pass traffic.

I followed all the documentation to get this working, I'm looking for is something of undocumented who does this work for others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

I assume that you have configured AD to automatically enroll for certificates Machines and the machines each have a computer certificate?

You have enabled remote access to machines (AD users & computers, enable remote access or using the remote access policy?)

Others that I had no problems setting this up.

If you want to enable computer-only authentication then you must edit the registry (or lower the changes through Group Policy):

    [quote]

Activate computer-only authentication using the registry

To set up authentication computer only through the registry, all Windows-based wireless clients must have the value of the following registry value:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\General\Global\AuthMode = 2

With the AuthMode setting set to 2, only computer authentication is attempted. User authentication is never attempted.

To add this registry setting on all of your computers running Windows, you can use the following tools:

? Regini.exe from the Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit tools

? The Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools reg.exe

In both cases, you create a script file which is read by the tool add a registry setting. The tool must be run in the security context of a local administrator account.

Alternatively, you can use network management software to change the settings of the registry on the managed computers. [/ quote]
