  I had problems with the our computers and devices Apple, power connect wireless to our printer MFP M277. They worked very well before, but all of a sudden, there was no link.  I rebooted the printer and then was able to resume printing of our devices.  This has happened several times in recent months, and every time I restart the printer, the connection is resumed. I have also two HP multi function printers: HP LaserJet M1536dnf MFP so MFP HP LaserJet Professional M1213nf. Recently, I downloaded PrinterControl from the iTunes Store and installed on my iPhone, iPad etc. The above two printers are connected on two separate wifi networks. The 1536 printer when I try to connect to my iPhone, the iPad with PrinterControl I am able to print, scan and do everything. All handheld computers are able to immediately recognize the printer. Unfortunately when I try to connect to 1213 all-in-one that is located on another wifi network and is connected to a time Capsule I am unable to do so. The PrinterControl says "no printer found. On the other hand in all the devices of Air print feature is working perfectly fine. I can take my fingerprints of mail and it is recognizing the MFP 1213 easily and get the made impressions.

  Even after through many forums and discussion forums, I couldn't solve the problem. I contacted HP support and said I need to contact Apple support. I also tried and contacted the Apple support which in turn said that because the PrinterControl is a third-party application they will not be able to provide any help/support and Air Print being workinf fine then there is no problem with Apple products. Please help, how to reolve the question and 1213 HP MFP get well with Apple products.

  I'm afraid that this behavior is expected because the M1213 is not supported by the HP printer control application.

  If this does not work, what is the manufacturer, the brand and the model of printer that you have (and all that you had previously installed)?  What version of Vista you have (for example, 32-bit Vista Business SP2)?  How the printer is connected (1 LPT, USB, ethernet, wireless, network,...)?  Please report the exact error messages you've been making word - that they can help us find the cause because there are reasons a bit that these things could happen and we have to understand the situation better than to offer a more targeted solution.  For example, what is a Lexmark printer (or have you ever had a Lexmark printer)?  There is a particular problem with these printers and a fix for the problem but I don't know if this is the case here and do not want to waste your time on something that does not apply.  There are other examples, as well.  We understand the situation, the better we can help you.

  Print everything to the driver file.

  First the printer print a status page of the HP application, connectivity is good. Scans also work.

  I am trying to print to the printer from any application - Word, Outlook, browser, does nothing.

  No error message, nothing in the spooler.

  Tried printing to a file using the printer default XPS, nothing there, too.

  Spooler is running,

  So I suspect something in the spooler/printing subsystem is corrupt.

  I finally found the problem, it was the permissions on files to print.

  No Diagnostics found, no more than an upgrade reinstall fix it.

  I had to do a high takeown and cacls from a cmd window.

  1. Uninstall the software.
  2. Start the computer in minimum mode.
  3. Disable all Antivirus programs.
  4. Disable all firewall programs.
  5. Create a new user account.

  I just bought the printer [all in one].  I initially put in place by using the CD that came with it and a USB cable.  Then downloaded the update from Apple software, following the instructions, but cannot follow the instructions online.  I can't find the menu on Control Panel wireless.  It is not upward under Network Configuration.

  Installed Windows 10 free update of Windows 8 - everything is going well until an automatic upgrade on August 13, 2015.

  Since the 8/13 patch (?), the Laser Jet Pro MFP M127fw spool print jobs, but do not go to the printer.

  Removed and reinstalled HP provided the CD with the same results.

  Test print at the end of installation OK.

  When you try to print from Outlook 2003, Windows 10 returned two error messages

  Same feeling of failure for Adobe 11.0.12.

  You can set the printer to automatic spooler service, as to enable the services to automatic:

  a. click Start and select run , then type services.msc in the search box

  b. Locate the Printer Spooler service

  c. right-click on the service

  d. If the service is stopped and then Start the service

  e. Select properties, and then in startup type, select Automatic

• Failed to load printer - clicking Add indicates a Printer Spooler Service does not.

  Upgrade Windows XP to SP3 last night.  Now all in printers and faxes has disappeared.  Click on add a printer indicates the Spooler Service does not.   Went in and forced a start; Add the said printer still does not.

  Deleted old printer drivers (Lexmark).  Downloaded updated.  Execution of Lexmark is set up; said the spooler does not (yet), tries to start.  Then, the installation fails saying "No. valid Ports for the driver.

  Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

  AntiMailware MalwareBytes
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  I think that your problem is related to the way that Lexmark install printers, as explained in this excerpt from the article linked in step B below (step numbers refer to article in full):

  If you have a Lexmark printer, these additional steps may be necessary (thanks to Robert Orleth [MSFT] to provide this information).  Sometimes, the Lexmark printer installation process installs a service that makes dependent Print Spooler service itself.  If there is a problem with service Lexmark or a Lexmark printer driver (or you have removed using the procedure above), Print Spooler service does not start (see also http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324757).  The steps below make Print Spooler service only on service (RPCSS) remote procedure (RPC) call, which is normal.  Print Spooler service dependencies are stored in the registry at

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler\DependOnService

  The sc config step 16 command resets the value for this entry.

  1. Open a command prompt window

  2. the control key
            sc config spooler depend = RPCSS
        (Note the space after the = not before)

  3. Restart print spooler (see steps 8 and 9 above)

  Cleaning of printers

  NOTE: If after completing step has the print spooler is not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", you will not be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Instead, go to the other link and download and get and use the utility 'cleanspl' such as described here.

  A. Clean on print jobs pending

  • Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
  • Type the following in the black command prompt window, and then press ENTER after each line

  net stop spooler
  del/q '% windir%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.* '.
  net start spooler
  output
