  I'm sure you know, the new taskbar in Windows 7 axes of apps.  Individual files or locations within these applications cannot be pinned as their own icon, but rather as options in the shortcut (right-click) of their parent icon list.
  With Internet Explorer 9, this functionality has been extended to allow Web sites to pin to the taskbar.  Note that there is a fine difference between site and Web page.  You can pin the whole site but not the pages of this site.  Similar to an icon for PowerPoint, then lots of different PowerPoint files on this right click on the list of shortcuts.
  An alternative is to create shortcuts to the pages and make them appear on the icon in the toolbar to IE.  To create a shortcut (rather than a "pin site"), you need to right click on an empty spot in the Web page and choose "create shortcut".  You will be asked if you want to place on your desktop, click Yes.   Then drag the new shortcut to your taskbar to pin it.

Now, what would be the first step to connect to my external database from another computer on the network.   Try to adjust the print scale: file > Page Setup > "Format & Options": scale (deselect: "Shrink to fit page width")

  Never had a problem, all of a sudden I can't print a Web page. Instead of everything on the page, it displays only about 20% of the horizontal line, from the left margin. the printed area is centered on the paper.   In the latest batch of updates to Windows, Microsoft has installed Internet Explorer 11. IE11 caused printer problems.

  Open Internet Explorer, click on help, then click about words of Internet Explorer. It should show the version here. If you IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, updates installed, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.

  Restart the computer when you are prompted. Then see if your printer works.

  This leads me to believe that the router is the creation of the different networks.  The printer is on and the computer is on another.  There is probably a way to get then talk to each other or to force all on a single network.  You can check with AT & T?   The solution mentioned by others you will only see
  new entrants on multiple computers.  It will allow you to see the
  messages sent from a computer to be seen on several computers.  In the order
  to do the latter, you would need to move to an IMAP or HTTP account rather
  as POP3.

• Client VPN prevents internet access from other computers on the network

  I run Client ver 4.6.03.0021 from an office on a network of 11 computers via a hub 16-port. Internet access is through an ICS gateway to the cable modem. Once I changed the modem cable to test a backup and then switched back to the original modem. After this, only computers that have the VPN Client (running or not) could access the internet. Computers that have no customer VPN can access only certain sites. Commonly viewed sites would say "site found. Waiting for answer", but the answer would never come and IE 6.1 cling. When I would try ping sites, it would fail. However, some sites such as Google.com would work.

  On one of the computers, on a whim of head, I installed the VPN Client but have not set up a connection. Now, this computer will connect to any website I want.

  Is there a fix easier to get access to other computers on the network without installing the VPN Client on each of them?

  Looks like you are running in MTU problem. The reason I say it is, automatically reduces the MTU value to 1300 VPN client during the installation for the whole system. That is to say all the client computer installed VPN that have MTU from 1300.

  Try to cut down the MTU of other systems that have no VPN client installed to 1300. If it's a Windows system, you can use Dr. TCP (free).

  VM Server OS: Fedora Core 9, with a NAT net configuration

  I can access the IP address of the server to the virtual machine to the host machine, but unable to hit if other computers on the network.  This is the first time doing this on a machine Windows 7, so please let me know if Miss me something, because I did it on other OS and it worked.

  As I posted in your second post...

  You need to configure port forwarding if you want to access the guest from outside the host. You must change the VMWare NAT configuration for this file (see you second post).

  The host can access the guest without the redirect because it shares the same (virtual) network (VMnet8) with comments. Do not externel systems. They must go through the physical host NIC first. This is where redirection comes in the game.

• How can I print a page directly from my browser?

  Sometimes, I want to print something I read on the screen. Before there was an icon in the upper left corner of the screen and clicking here brought me a lot of things but also print one or several pages I read online.
  At some point, perhaps during an upgrade, this particular icon has disappeared and I can't find any icon that allows me to print something off the web page.
  Even when I right click directly on the page, I can save it, but I can't print it.

  You can do bar permanent menu by bringing upward once again, go to view > toolbars and menu bar control.
