• In a brochure printing problems

  I have a HP Officejet Pro 8500 has.  I want to print as a booklet.  I had another printer of the same brand, but bought an update because the other stop working.  The old print booklets without problem.  He refuses to do so, even if I follolwed meaning explicitly.  It prints two pages in small print at the top of the sheet, leaving the white background.  It turns to the and did the same thing on the other side.  It should print a page on each half of the paper, go back and do the same on the other side.  When it is folded in the Middle constitutes a booklet.  Is there a problem with the machine itself?  I configure to print page 2, basic shape, all pages, size, print before backward, turn on the short side of the landscape.  What else is there to do?

  Until I updated to Windows 8.1 other months everything was going well on my new laptop, then I went to something of my HP Photosmart B109n scan and it did not work because the pilot was now missing and the application that replace the HP printer driver HP is useless.

  On the advice of the HP site, I tried to download the new driver, but it wouldn't go, he said I had to remove the exsisting installation but when I try it just reboots the computer, but is still there afterwards.   Try to print a picture from another application to see if you have the same problem.

  To exclude the driver, install a generic driver to see if you have the same results.

  • On the computer, go to start, devices and printers, right-click on your printer and select printer properties.
  • Click the Advanced tab and click new driver, and then click Next.
  • HP Deskjet 9800 by selecting in the list or the Deskjet 990c printer, click Next, Finish, and apply the settings. (you can always go back and revert to the original printer driver)

It allows to copy, but not print from my computer. The computer recognizes it but it says it is offline connection and guard my documents in what. In addition, my Epson Stylus NX510 printer still displays a page with my ink level and tells me that it is printing this page appears but does not read my ink level and it says that my printer is ready to print. My wifi lite is on the printer...

  You missed Service Pack (right click on desktop and select properties)

  Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

  AntiMailware MalwareBytes
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  Cleaning of printers

  NOTE: If after completing step has the print spooler is not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", you will not be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Use of the special procedure for printers Lexmark described below and follow in its first Article.  If still no joy, use the alternative method that is linked below.

  A. Clean on print jobs pending

  1. you can unplug the printer and turn the printer off. If it's wireless power so just off the printer.

  2. do services.msc and stop the print spooler service.

  go to run the command and coil type, click OK.
  It will open the folder of spooling then please, open the PRINTERS folder, and delete everything that you see in the PRINTERS folder.
  After deleting restart the print spooler service.

  3. now connect the printer with the computer and switch.

  4. now check your lexmark printer services in services.msc.

  5. now try to print.

  OK, finally got this problem. Did a google search and finally found someone who has exactly the same problem.

  I had to disable all security software, and set the control to the lowest setting (off) UAC Windows user account. Then, uninstall and reinstall the HP software.

  Not sure why this started all of a sudden, only thing that's happened to rescently was multiple 14 or so Windows 7 updates on close April 14, 2015.

  Well well after 5 days that I fixed it myself, same technical 1 Microsoft Support level could not repair after a 1 hour on the phone and connect remotely.

• LJ9500hdn printing problem

  I have a printing problem that appears every 20 pages or so when the black ink cartridge is used. I have a missing band to print up to about 5 mm wide, which then gets scheduled on the next page. The edge of the band tends to be intrusive but going up and down the page where it is printed. In general the missing band is about 45mm on the right side of the page and gets on the next page of 15mm on the left hand side. I checked the image roller and it seems ok. Also I went through the manual printing service and none seems to replicate the one I have.

  Installed new image drum and the problem seems to have disappeared. However, I have not yet run a big print job, but I'll point out the issue as resolved.
