Problem connecting creative cloud - has repeatedly asked for the date of birth
After purchasing the CC and trying to login I continually ask myself for my brithdate. After the seizure of the date of birth, the screen comes back again to ask my date of birth. Can't get through this screen so that I can download the CC apps. Any suggestions?

Creative cloud continues to ask for licenses
I pay for more creative cloud. I had changed my credit card and two payments are released for may and June but I still received a cancellation notice the next day. Always ask me to buy a subscription and won't allow me to use a 7 day trial. I need my services I pay for the back.

Please try the following steps to resolve this problem.
(MAC)
(1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

Sorry, my instructions missed an important point: Please make sure that you open an administrator command prompt. I've updated the steps with the change of "BOLD":
1. open a command prompt. (In Start menu, find 'cmd', then right click and choose 'Run as administrator').
2. enter these two lines at the command prompt (copy and paste to make sure they're right):

"Adobe Creative Cloud has stopped working" (repeated preventing crash installs)
I spent a few days trying to correct an error "Creative Cloud Desktop has stopped working". This happens regularly, without apparently being asked by what anyone. I uninstalled it, rebooted, run the creative cloud cleaner several times, but the error pops up again.
I had to buy the full range of CC, but it is impossible to install the apps I need because of the Cloud Desktop designer crashing this way during installation. I managed to install a smaller application than I need (SpeedGrade CC) as test - simply, I suppose, because it was small enough to install before the error occurred.
I am running Windows 8.1 (64-bit) and that you have disabled my firewall and anti-virus for these procedures.
The error code is always the same:

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager.
