Problem floor factory

I have a client who is having a problem where staff in an industrial floor environment very noisy plant is frequently do not hear Cisco phones when they sound even with the ringer volume is up. Is there is there a gadget that can trigger a bright fire flashing strobe or one ring very loud noise during calls to the? It will work with Cisco IP phones of course. TIA...

Hello

What you need to do, is install a shared line on an analog port (vg224, ata186 and vg248, fxs port), and you can plug in a strong wake-up similar to that sound as the IP telephone is composed.

  • Flow 11: Problem with factory reset flow 11

Like others, our flow of hard disk is full and the computer now is nothing more than an expensive paperweight. I was trying to do a hard reset. However, due to a bad battery, it has been impossible. I turn on the machine and start pressing f11, but about the battery warning appears and disrupts this makes it impossible to get to the appropriate screen.  If this isn't the case, the Windows updates devouring the hard drive, it would still work as long as it is plugged in, battery defective or not.

Is there a way to bypass the stupid message or a way to kill him?

I will not buy another stream. We have loaded no program on this subject. It was just to surf the Internet and watch Netflix.

    Hello

Thanks for posting in the HP Support forum.

I'm sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

Personally, I have no experience with battery on 11 HP flow problems but I have experience with defect of battery on other models of HP and it must / can be ignored. HP has an official article on this issue > > http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01443470

Once the alert is displayed, simply press ENTER, and the message should disappear.

In order to trigger the recovery flow 11 HP process, there may be some specific. I noticed that users need to be fast when starting up load the HP boot menu.

1 Please, shut down the computer using the power button

    2. turn on.

2.1 immediately start hitting the Esc key (such as tap-tap-tap).

This should open a HP Boot Menu that can resemble the following

    3. press F11 for recovery of the system

    4. follow the on-screen instructions.  Here's a sample video:

Is another way to start the recovery within Windows. Here's how:

    OPTION TWO > > http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2302-reset-windows-8-a.html

Once you start to recovery, start the full reset with all erased or reset to factory default (for example, Recovery Manager or Reset).

Advice re. updates and free disk space:

-You can jump/stop all the updates of Windows after recovery to conserve space. I guess Win 10 could have been downloaded to your PC from Microsoft preparting it should be installed which is very big download

Go to control panel > Windows updates and configure the option to never check updates

Go to control panel > administrative tools > Services

Find the Windows Update service (usually below), right click, choose "Properties". Auto-start, choose it to "Disabled". Confirm with OK

It is also recommended that you stop Windows Defender and use 3rd part antivirus / browser to ensure a safer online. Fast, efficient and light protection that I recommend ESET - NOD32 AV.

You can use the free space on the software disc such as the large TreeSize > > http://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free/

He can tell you what kind of things you have on your computer use the most space.

You can run programs such as CCleaner (www.piriform.com) or

Disk Cleanup to remove unnecessary temporary files

    > > http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html

You can move personal files (e.g. documents, pictures, videos etc.) on an external device (e.g. USB or SD memory card). Please, do not directly move/cut files programs or windows important things unless you're 100% sure what you are doing.

Let me know if this helps you. Feel free to post again if you have problems.

    Hi cox.haley1,

After a Microsoft update Tuesday May 13 laptop Packard Bell Easynote TK85-GN-051UK of my granddaughter had a huge problem with the start-up that could only be ordered with a Factory Reset. Finally I had all this work and re-installed all software programs. I sent to Packard Bell for re-installing operating system Windows 7 DVD & utilities drivers & Applications DVD... Incl. postage. £37.

They have not worked as once more stuck in the same place.

Packard Bell is a Dutch manufacturer and a subsidiary of Acer will help so I don't need to waste money on recovery discs.

  • Windows detected a hard disk problem after factory reset?

I have a Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5320, not old at all. I tried to download a game and then got the BSOD. I had to reset my PC, lost what I had, but ended up from scratch. Now, every so often, I get a message saying "Windows detected a hard disk problem. Back up your files immediately to prevent the loss of information... ». I have right click the disk hard "defective" for the error checking, no errors found. I tried HD Tune Pro, and tells me 'Warning' for the State of health (05) reallocated sector count (failure) is red, and number of events (C4) reallocated (warning) is yellow. Does this mean I have to replace the hard drive? The computer was working completely fine until BSOD. Now it works and everything but I get this error message. The laptop is not only really old and never any injuries, but perhaps past warranty. I really have nothing left to save, because I lost everything when I have to reset it to factory State. Any advice?

It's really up to you.  Sometimes there may be false positives, but it looks like your drive is really having some problems.  It was even the cause of the BSOD, who knows.

You can follow the steps of my colleague here to check your drive for errors:
    http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/6221-chkdsk-check-drive-errors-Windows-8-a.html

But really, I would take the advice and replace the drive.  Or at least be prepared for this 'die', then save your files somewhere else like OneDrive or something so you don't lose important information when it does.

  • Qosmio G50 - keyboard problem

I have a very strange problem with my G50 with Windows 7 and all the latest drivers (not that all have been updated for this laptop because Windows 7 drivers have been released). Often my keyboard will produce only letters in the order in any of the keyboard from qwertyuiop etc. Despite the keys on which I press and what program I use. She will do even if I press a single key (if I'm still getting some qwertyuiopasdfghj...). The * only * thing that arranges open IE8. It is also after the closure of IE8 and I open again to get my keyboard works correctly.

I've had plenty (ZoneAlarm) virus and malware (SUPERAntiSpyware) analysis in safe mode and found nothing.

This was which is rampant in me for a while, and despite much research on the internet and replacement of the built-in keyboard, I have yet to find someone with the same problem.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Oakeypara,

S really strange and I have never heard of this issue, but I think it's software related if s you can notice the problem if IE8 is opened.

In any case, it would be interesting to know if you can see the same problem with factory settings (Vista).

You something to update the last days? If so, you should try a system restore to an earlier point.

  • Liquid E3 - problem of Status Notification bar

    Hi all!

Here's the problem - whenever I take a call... when the phone against my ear/head... him receives Notification Status BAR "flow down" and sometimes I'll accidentally tap the icon of the 'flight' fashion and cut the call, or I'll tap the 'Settings' and continue to launch the phone in all types of different settings as I speak until finally I accidentally cut the call.

There is a way to "Lock" the Status Notification BAR does not scroll down?

I contacted ACER Tech Support and they say that it is not an option to do this, because it is a function of the phone that the Status BAR Notification CAN scroll down.

So, I guess another question would be - "Is there an Android application that allows to lock the Status Notification bar?"

    Thanks in advance people!

    Paul

If you put the phone near your ear, that the screen should close, try a call and get your hands on the proximity sensor.
If the screen does not stop, there is a software problem, a factory reset can probably fix it but you will lose your data.

  • Questions of Compaq Presario CQ60 with restore settings factory, sticked on a blue screen (BSOD, no)

Hello, I have to get my usual laptop fixed, so I decided to get out of my Presario CQ60, which I have not used in 4-5 years. The operating system is Windows Vista Basic and I want to perform a restore factory settings (I don't mind losing the data on it) and upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium. So far I tried to do a restore to factory settings by pressing F11 several times to start, and I get to a screen that says "Windows loading files", which leads to a black screen. After what seems like a long time, a blue screen appears where I have control of my cursor (not the Blue Screen of Death) and nothing has changed since. I will update with any changes, because things seem to happen after letting it go for a while, but for now any suggestions on what to do? Let me know if I've left out any information. Thank you!

    Hello

We can not help you with this problem of factory settings.

Press F11 at STARTUP is the method that HP plans to use.

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&LC=en&DLC=en&docName=c00809678#n405

    1. Turn off the computer if it is not already turned off.
    2. Disconnect any external devices such as printers, USB drives and memory cards.
    3. Turn on the computer and immediately press the F11 key several times , about once a second, until the Recovery Manager opens.
    4. In the Recovery Manager welcome screen, click Next .
    5. On the Microsoft System Restore screen, select No , and then click Next .
    6. On the System Recovery screen, select Yes , and then click Next to continue the recovery process.

    etc.

And that is the recovery Partition and the process which they installed during the manufacturing process, not Microsoft HP

You will need to contact HP or ask questions in the forums to Support HP about this problem.

And I don't think that it will be suitable for the upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium as being Vista Basic, the material it will not suitable or sufficient to run Windows 7 properly and I have no idea if HP even wrote Windows 7 drivers for it.

Before you buy Windows 7 after Vista fixed:

Go to your computer / computer laptop manufacturer Web site and see if Windows 7 drivers are available for your make and model computer / laptop.

If this is not available, Windows 7 will not properly work for you.

  • Strange problem of S2340M

I recently bought a S2340M and like it a lot. It worked great for a few months, but the last two weeks, he has developed this weird thing. Half left of the screen is quite good, but half right, starting with the Center and get progressively worse to the right edge, all other lines horizontal pixel is much darker and slightly flickery. There are also some burn-in image in the affected area of the screen.

It does on DVI and VGA, on both my PC and even on the menu of the monitor, it certainly seems to be a display problem. Factory reset did not help. Is that what I can do to fix or should I start a warranty claim, which seems nearly impossible normal site of Dell without a serial number on a monitor.

  • M177fw does not print

I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro M177fw MFP which do not print unless the power Cycling & unplugged. In addition, does not copies.

I was connected by ethernet using the HP standard TCP/IP port when the symptoms appeared. I changed it to an STD tcp/ip and installed a new basic driver (v11.21.00.2679 I think) & tried another computer, but seen the same behavior. I tried wireless instead of ethernet, but even once, the behavior has not changed. I updated the FW to v20140921 - has not solved the problem. Factory reset has not solved the problem.

Both of my test machines have been win7x64 sp1. I tested the windows printer test page & printing of PDF documents.

Points to the HP support: with their help, we confirmed that the problems started with adobe reader XI.

The ACM has worked perfectly up until a document was printed drive. After this point, everything has stopped working until the printer has been disconnected.

Permanent work around was to download FoxIt reader & uninstall adobe reader software. If this were not an option, I would be demoted to the X drive & I'm pretty sure that would have solved the problem.
