Problem install Microsoft Fix it Center

I have Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit program on my computer.  I tried to download and install the difficulty It Center Microsoft and failed.  Whenever I try to install the program, a window pops up saying (although this page is encrypted, the information you entered will be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party).  Then he asks you to continue or cancel.  Whenever I hit continue, the same pop-up comes up and will not let me continue.  How can I get rid of this pop up window so I can install the program?  Thank you.

    Hello

    (1) did you do changes on the computer before this problem?

    (2) what is the full error message or error code?

    (3) when you receive the error message, it is trying to run the fix it?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

    Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Note: the data files that are infected can be cleaned by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss.

    Method 2:

Put the computer in a clean boot state, then check if that helps you.

How to solve the problem by running the clean boot in Windows 7: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: once you have completed troubleshooting, perform the steps from step 7: to reset the computer as usual.

    Method 3:

  • Cannot install Microsoft difficulty It Center or run Fix It solutions.

I tried to download a Microsoft Fix It to http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/ that I already used successfully for installation and uninstallation of problem programs.

However, today the Fixit downloaded but cannot start.  The Microsoft Fix It error message is "this help desk is not available. This troubleshooting is not valid or may have expired. If the file name has changed during recording the convenience store, the convenience store is cancelled and cannot be run. For the current version, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/fixit. " This link takes me to the site Web of difficulty there but redirects me to http://support.microsoft.com/find-solutions/windows/windows-8/

    which provides no help.

I tried to download and install the 3 different browsers but still get the same result. I can't also successfully install the Microsoft Fixit Center, I had also once installed and works since the upgrade to Windows 8.

In another development, I find that after the first two attempts to download and install the It Center, now when I followed the link to the difficulty It Center on Microsoft's site is no longer takes me to fix It Center redirects me to http://support.microsoft.com/find-solutions/windows/windows-8/, which has very limited assistance options, but does provide me with anything even from a distance on the subject. No matter how many ways I try to install or even get to the difficulty It Center, I am unable to do so.

I used successfully the difficulty It Center and also to run Fix It solutions, given that I have upgraded to Windows 8 Pro. Why can I no longer use this important and useful support tool?

FixIt center does not work on windows 8. It has been improved and is in beta, but it's only for Windows 7 or an earlier version. See the following page: http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/Portal/FindSolutions

Explain your problem here in the forum and someone will help you.
