  Managed to solve the problem.

  I have uninstall all programs of NOR (Please make sure that all traces of programs OR is deleted).

  The downloaded file is a .zip or .exe.  Go to your download folder (right click on start > explore, click the Folders icon and navigate to your folder) and then double-click the downloaded file.

  If it is a .zip file, it will create a folder.  Inside this folder is going to be a setup.exe file - double click on it.

  If it's a .exe file, double-clicking on it to launch the installer.

  normally when you install an upgrade on a computer that does not have the previous version installed, you will be prompted for the serial number of the previous versions.

  These versions are so old (unless you mean photoshop elements), I don't know how it will work with these versions.

  I recently changed my OS from Windows to Ubuntu 8.1 and in so doing I actidently deleted Windows 8.1.  I like Ubuntu, but I can't do my job, so when I went to start the Windows backup utility, I realize he was missing.   I recently bought a laptop HP Pavilion G6-2260sh. on the site of HP Unfortunatelly there are only drivers for Windows 8. I don't want Windows 8, I need Windows 7 operating system.
  When I got the laptop there is an installed Windows 7 Ultimate with drivers. So it must be drivers for Windows 7 for HP Pavilion G6-2260sh... somewhere, unfortunately I messed type of windows and now it needs to be reinstalled. I asked a few questions autour and the guy who sold me the laptop and this is the situation:
  My laptop is with AMD processor and video card. He told me to reinstall what version of Windows 7, I want, then install the wireless card and ethernet so I can connect to the Internet. Then download and install a small program called "amd autodetect", this program will automatically find and download all the drivers.

  I don't have ethernet internet at home, I have only wireless.

  The problem is: after installing Win 7 how I'm supposed to install the wifi card to get this internet connection and deal with the AMD AUTODETECT program with all the drivers?

  Could you point me to somewhere I can find a driver for the wireless card. ? If there are drivers for everthing will be great! I'm looking a lot.

  I've upgraded to 8.1 of the store windows on my HP Envy DV6 7206tx and now I have the problem with the drivers for video cards and wireless.   I solved the problem, now its working as it should, except for the wireless button (F12) but this isn't a major problem for me. I used HP Recovery Manager to re - install all the drivers and software and Tada! its back working now

  I doubt that you can get 64-bit drivers for Windows XP for this laptop from the Toshiba driver page.
  I didn t find drivers for Windows XP 64 bits for Toshiba laptops.
  Why? I think the Win XP 64 bit was not so popular like Win XP 32 bit and most of the applications have been designed for XP 32 bit OS.

  If install you XP 64-bit on this computer, you will have to look in the various 3rd party Web sites for the compatible drivers

  Here's what you need to do to get the W7 to work on your laptop like HP can't not for W7.

  Use professional pilots of Vista support page and the driver of your laptop.

  Most of them will work fine with rare exceptions, and I'll give you the alternatives to use.

  For the graphics, you download and run the ATI file.  You will probably get an error not supported operating system.

  Conclusion of any windows error and go to Device Manager, click to expand the display of the maps section, and then click the standard VGA adapter. Click the driver tab click on Update driver.

  Select travel it my computer for the software method and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.
