  I solved the problem by doing one of the things suggested on the basis of knowledge of the elements that was to start in clean boot mode.  First of all, I tried just to start with all my startup programs turned off and that he did not.  Then, I turned off all non-Microsoft services and started in minimum mode again.  Who did the trick.  I noticed that one of such services was Spybot and it could have prevented installation make certain changes in the system registry.  So I guess the answer is to make the installation with a minimal system completely!

  Trying to help a friend with Silverlight.  She has a portable 64-bit with Win 7 32 installed on it.  Websites with Silverlight request installed Silverlight even if it is installed.  I did a number of installs / uninstalls.

  Looks like there's a problem install the Visual C++ 2005 redistributable. You can try to install these first manually by using the links below:

  Even if you are using Win 7 x 64 (assuming you are using Win7), according to me, you need the x 86 redistributable og version for this software. If you already have an earlier version of the redistributable installed, you might as well try to uninstall first and then reinstall Microsoft Download or try to install the BT software after uninstalling. So, you can try to uninstall the BT software and start again.

  If you already have version BT 6.2.1.1400 installed, you should ensure that you have a complete backup since this version had a serious bug when installing/uninstalling this version could wipe you HDD. I know that this is related to the 6.2.1.1400 only.

  suddenly, I came across serious problems with the DVD burner; unpakking .iso files and burn them to dvd to install go here did not work. Somehow the Installer (which starts from the dvd!) refuses to recognize the dvd as a source of information. If the search of a workaround has become suddenly urgent.

  I found a very simple solution, very fast, I want to recommend to all of you who have downloaded CS6 for Windows as .iso files: download and install a program (free) virtual drive and mount the .iso files here (MagicDisc did the trick for me). No need to decompress the files, no need to burn them, no need to put them on usb key...

  You can install the Win XP without drivers Intel Storage Manager (SATA drivers) but in this case the SATA mode must be on compatible mode.

  I put t understand why this doesn t work on your laptop. I think it's a problem with your Win XP drive. Contains this Win XP SP2 or SP3?

After installing the card on the new PC in a first time, I could read the name of PCI6220 under 'Devices and interfaces' (in the program MAX) but I´d not been able to define it as a device. So I tried to remove the card and plug it in again and now the situation is even worse, I only see an "unidentified PXI system" in the program of MAX.

  Any idea what bad and what can do to make sure that the card does not work properly? As a reference, I need to connect to a CA-1000 enclosure housing a CB-68LPR device.
