  If you set a password for the device from the site Protect is the new device password. If you don't know, then after 10 attempts the appliance will wipe itself. Once it clears, you need the BBID password to set up the device again.

  Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out, I never ran my battery completely died before so I do not know myself. When I plugged my blackberry to the wall charger to charge, the led will be red light for a few seconds then turns off, then it turns on again then off, continue to do this, it means the load? I left charge all night and tried to turn it on in the morning, but it was still quite dead. The charger sometimes has problems to connect, and usually I can see when what bolt lighteners signal when the phone is turned on... So I was wondering if it was just because it was not establish a connection before it has no load... and if the red light and it is supported or not?

  My BBCurve8330 charge charger wall when I got it, but now it won't.  It will only charge using the USB and my laptop.  I tried at least 3 other chargers of wall with the same result.  my car charger will not work either.  only the USB with the laptop.  does anyone have any suggestions?

  To anyone who has had this problem and DO NOT have a problem with your usb port on the phone, here's what I did.  When 2 phones, with which I have been in contact would be deducted not with the charger wall but did so before, I did an update on the phone and basically reinstalled the 'drivers' on the phone and it worked perfectly.  Not sure if this was the fix but strange that he has worked with both phones.  If anyone has this problem and the work of resettlement, please post it here for others to find.  I'm definitely a user happy bb since finding this...

  Here, it is advised to use your own charger for each BlackBerry device

  If you try to load the Q10 8900 with charger will charge the battery more quickly.
  As vice versa if the Q10 is slow to carry the 8900 charger.

  The most is the load output and the amperage faster.

  BlackBerry World has worked well up until just now. I don't use it often, so therefore cannot for sure.

  Now, I get the error message: "there was a connection problem. BlackBerry World must be closed". I use a stock of Q10 from T-Mobile (OS 10.1 I think).

  I tried to turn off the phone by using the button on the top. I went in the area of APN settings under network mobile, a fake registered Web site and re-entry fast.t - mobile.com (original value). I turned off wi - fi.

  Any ideas? Is - a good Blackberry support? I guess I'll have to pay, but if I can get the resolution, it may be useful.

  Hello. I am currently using OSSierra and 10 for my iPhone and iPad iOS. I activated this thing where you save your desktop stuff on your iCloud then accidentally deleted.   Hello, normally these problems are caused by a security/firewall software which does not recognize and therefore blocks the new versions of firefox. If please delete all the rules of the program for firefox to your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.
