  I also removed the battery and then reinserted it.

  I tried both ways and a way synchs - none worked.

  I tried something enter in the calendar of the unit and see if it will synchronize in Outlook. Nothing helps.

  I spent three hours on the phone with Verizon and finally they told me this advice.

  I found a thread that has a solution to someone who seemed very knowledgeable.  His solution involved something to do with the two emails on the device, but as I started on this solution, my Explorer has frozen and poured out the browser - and now I can't find the thread again.

  Not a great day so far and I am hour # 14 without success - it is only today...

It is not a big problem, but I was wondering why it does not work.

The 2nd problem I have is with voice dialing, it does not load if it has a large number of contacts, I fixed it by deleting most of my contacts. It works fine now, but I waz wondering if there is a way to solve this problem, so I can have more contacts.
