Problem of deployment and DOMUserDefRef.dll
Hello
I'm having a problem with the deployment. I took over a project from a co-worker. When we use the same description of the building, in its executable version the DLL DOMUserDefRef.dll is included, but not in my builds.
I discovered this only when the end-user (customer) attempted to run the program built by me, and it failed mysteriously. Of course, the built executables work fine on my machine.
It is perhaps interesting to note that on his machine, the overview includes the DLL and mine of course not. The DLL is located in my dependencies, however. But if I look at the display of files, there is already a difference: on my machine, the DLL is shown without a path, on his, it has the path to the \resources folder
I can of course somehow add the DLL to the hand to the generation and distribute it, but I really want to understand what is happening here. Both computers used to generate the executable file are Windows 7 / 64 bit with LabVIEW 2011 SP1f2 / 32 bit and I just cross-checking that projects are identical by simply copying of his machine. Can we sched light on what could happen here? Thank you Joerg joergh wrote: On a quick glance, I can reproduce this problem on two PC with LV2012 installed. The PC on which it built OK is not 2012. So far so good. But why should a pause built installation LV2012 in LV2011? There is only one App Builder. If you are working in a version that is not the latest primarrilly installed on the machine sound typically of the "best practices" do not install the App generator more later because you never know when these little details can back upward and bite you. To downgrade the app Builder, uninstall the app Builder only and reinstall it from the older media. Tags: NI Software Problem with RUNDLL and sthelp.dll. I have windows XP on a small Dell Inspiron. When I start a dialog box titled 'RUNDLL' appears and has the following message: "error loading: C:\Documents and Settings\...\Application Data\sthelp.dll.» The specified module could not be found. "I downloaded Malware Bytes and run a full scan - it found nothing. I have been devoted to the application of msconfig, clicked on the Startup tab and tried to disable the checkbox where this dll is called upward, but the operating system seems to want to find when they start the computer. What can I do to get rid of this nuisance? When I close this dialog (RUNDLL), the computer works fine... it is every time at startup. Any help would be appreciated. There is no XP file called stehelp.dll and Googling, there is nothing reasonable and a bunch of bad ideas. Looks like it's a vestige of some malware that has been partially removed from your unspecified brand system and the model with the specified, unspecified XP Service Pack version and not specified where the antivirus/antimalware applications. These message types are quite common things to do after that some malware was only partially removed FRO your system, so I suggest the following:
You must be sure to solve the problem and not just fix the symptom of the problem by simply relieving your message - system is not a fix (there is a difference).
Consider making a manual, just System Restore Point in case you have to undo the changes. Download, install, update and do a quick scan with these free malware detection programs (not at the same time) and remove all threats: Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free SAS will probably report a lot of tracking cookies and you can just let him delete them. Do a complete analysis from time to time when you have more time (in hours). They can be uninstalled later if you wish. The scans by operating clean, restart, and then fix any problems. Help! These days, however, when I log on the machine, an error window appears telling me that Btvstack.exe has no charge because it lacks Btbip.dll. I scanned the machine, including with Malwarebytes, but tests indicate no infections found. I also tried searching for this problem, but always find myself to search results or a site that offers to sell me a utility to fix this kind of error. [SOLVED] Problems of packaging and deploying an application in an external WLS ADF Hello. I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0, who has a WebLogic Server embedded 10.3.5. When I test my application by right clicking on my page and run... in WLS on-board, everything works perfectly. It works with any page and any flow. Now, I have to deploy the same application to an external 10.3.6 WLS First of all, I have the application package in one EAR to aid Assistant JDeveloper. I did right click in application-> Deploy-> MyApplication...-> select deploy ear... Then, when .ear file is built, I run startWebLogic (I have already created a domain with the ADF operating options) and deploy the .ear as an app. I have a lot of warnings, but the final message is deployment is ok. It is therefore my surprise that I get a NullPointerException in the first page I test in the first access to an ADF/view iterator in the Java class: This had worked many times in embedded 10.3.5 WLS. 10.3.6 WLS console output is: Between the sections of points, there are similar warnings. I checked the .ear files (contains a .war), decompression it (the .war too) to a different folder and look for duplicates in text in any file and adfc - config.xml does exist only once in the .ear How can I solve this? Someone have had similar problems during deployment in an external WLS? Any help is very much appreciated, because this is so stuck to me, and it is urgent too. I thank in advance. Concerning Well, I finally solved my problem. The steps are: Finally, it works. Now, let me ask another question. I have change the DB connection (not the name, is not posible) to another user in the same DB schema. I want to check if the application still works and it does. But why? My test is right? Thanks Timo. Concerning Hello On Windows Seven, because ws2_32.dll is cited as a "KnownDLLs" (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\KnownDLLs) when LabVIEW is making my custom DLL which depends on ws2_32.dll, he deploys the system32 DLL ws2_32.dll instead of the 2012 LabVIEW RT image, ws2_32.dll, causing dependencies error displayed on my lens... And it is not possible to change the "KnownDLLs" list because it is a powerful mechanism of Windows System. I noticed that on Windows XP, ws2_32 isn't in the "KnownDLLs" list and I thought everything would be fine (I have not tried). To solve the problem temporarily, I changed my DLL custom so that it only depends on wsock32.dll, but this is not satisfactory for me... Could you help me? Thank you for your answer, but I'm sure that RT de NI LabVIEW 2012 supports the WinSock2 API as the ws2_32.dll is located in the directory "C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\RT Images\Base\9.0" and "2012.exe DLL Checker" program seems to confirm. I did a few test since my first post and I have solved my problem: Warns we LabVIEW to automatically download the dll in the target (and download the bad ws2_32.dll), I downloaded manually with FileZilla right DLLs (for example the ws2_32.dll located in the directory... Instruments\RT national Images\Base\9.0) in the directory system/nor-rt/system of the target RT PXI. Now, when my program according to ws2_32.dll in the target, he concludes that the dependencies are already resloved and all transfers LabVIEW is fine! Problems of deployment projects OR by using Wizard Setup of VS I wrote software in VB.Net (Visual Studio 2010, Measurement studio 2010 that uses or-Daq modules for capturing data) several months ago, where I faced problems of deployment. basically trying to Setup, I kept getting the caveat: "cannot find the dependency of the module with the signature"Microsoft_VC100_CRT_x86"... ». This problem was solved quickly through the solution presented HERE (who suggested downloading a different (older) version of the CR... merge modules dll 32-Bit and 64-Bit) However, just recently, I opened the solution, tried to rebuild the installer again, and I get: «Cannot find the dependency of the module with the signature ' Microsoft_VC100_CRT_x86.» AFA96EB4_FA9F_335C_A7CB_36079407553D' This also causes, the deployment will NOT work on the target computer. Throw an exception on the incompatibility of some in DLLs of NOR. I can try to reproduce if it helps. I don't know in these few months if libraries of NOR and DLLs have been updated on my computer or not and if so, I don't know if the version/signature of the merge modules have been changed on them. Is there a way to check the version of the current NEITHER-DaqMX, required dll / correct version of MS_VC... dll and the correct version of the functions essential OR that needs to go on the machine target? Please note that after 'Microsoft_VC100_CRT_x86' numbers are not the same as the other problem. I wonder that if I change the MS_VC100... modules merge again (on the development computer)? I installed the latest version of the essential functions OR DaqMx on the target computer. Should I uninstall and install the same version that I used to create the program? Looking forward to your advice. Best, Gerard NOR Tech Supp provided me MSMs with correct signature on them. Replacement of these in my GAC folder solved the problem. Thank you Problem with the help of DLL functions Hello. I'm writing a DLL that calls the functions of a DLL camera and them ends and passes of LabView. I wrote some code of practice and the dll of passage of functions and events with Labview and LabWindows/CVI DLLs, so I like to think I have a reasonable understanding on what I'm trying to do. However I keep getting errors in calling the functions of DLL functions camera I want to use in my DLL. I have two functions in the camera DLL, XC_AddImageFilter, and XC_RemImageFilter, I would like to wrap and put at disposal in my DLL. When I compile I get the following errors: 2 link project errors, Undefined symbol '_XC_AddImageFilter' referenced in "ImageFilter.c". Undefined symbol '_XC_RemImageFilter' referenced in "ImageFilter.c". I tried to tweak the prototypes in my header file and the change in functions but nothing I try seems to work. I connected the camera DLL in my project in a way that was previously successful with another practice DLLs and I browsed this forum for similar problems, but I can't seem to find a soloution. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope that you will be able to help me with my problem. PS I had problems to join my code so I put an extension .txt at the end and apparently has worked so please forgive the suspicious file extensions. Sorry! I do not understand the Labview.lib file which is why Labview functions weren't working! Duh! #begginer errors! Cannot find the shared library nilvaiu.dll and nican.dll. I'm using Labview 8.5.1 on windows XP 32-bit systems. Recently, I installed labview on a 64-bit XP system. I feel what I think, problems of drivers on the 64-bit system, now. When executable files are run files are not: nilvaiu.dll and nican.dll. Someone at - he lived these errors and now where to find the latest 64-bit drivers? Well, the list of drivers that are supported for XP 64-bit is quite short. And although NI-VISA, DAQmx and NI-CAN are not on this list, unfortunately. wczdlg.dll and netshell.dll missing and cannot start my Windows Firewall I lost my firewall, l, and network connections. CertCli.DLL and XEnroll.dll I need to import the CertCli.dll and XEnroll.dll so that I can program a Microsoft certification authority. How both dll do not import. LabView reports that there is no functions defined in header files. I imported the dll in LabWindows without problem. I have tried everything that has been proposed, but Previous thread: http://answers.microsoft.com/thread/373125f2-cc7c-e011-9b4b-68b599b31bf5 It has a locate other threats and cookies and programs deleted ones but when I reboot the same errors appear I ran autorun, but both files were not there where go here remember im a beginner computer send me an email to * address email is removed from the privacy *. I assume you are talking about netdolst.dll and qWaves32.dll. You should stay in a single thread, rather than start a new one. Spelling is very important. Make sure that you have copied the spelling of missing files in the error message exactly. Then start Autoruns and wait until she finished (it will say "Ready" in the lower left corner). If you have more than one user account on the computer, make sure that you are logged in using the same user account that receives error messages. At the top of the window of Autoruns, click Options and make sure that the line "Hide signed Microsoft entries" (or "Hide Microsoft entries") is NOT checked. Click on the "all" tab. Click on the top line (which is probably "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd\StartupPrograms"). Click file, and then find. Enter netdolst.dll in the "Search" window Make sure that "Whole word only" and 'Option match case' is NOT selected and that "Down" is selected in the title of the "Direction". Click on "Find Next". If we find a line with netdolst.dll, uncheck the box at the left end of the line. Repeat for qWaves32.dll If you really can't find anything about these files using Autoruns, track down your problem is probably beyond what can be done through a forum like this, and you have to take your computer to a local computer repair professional reputable (not a type BigBoxStore or rather GeekSquad). You might try to search in the Windows registry directly using the Registry Editor (start > run > regedit > OK), but is not only this unlikely to find an entry that Autoruns does not show, it is dangerous because if inadvertently you change a registry entry incorrectly, you can make your Windows installation unusable. If I was looking at your system, I click on the button "Logon" Autoruns and examine each line carefully, making sure I knew what was its purpose. It may - or may not - discover a differently named file malware that tries to start one or both of your mystery dll files. IMO, however, such an arrangement is unlikely. When I start thesystem I get 2 errors in netdolst.dll and qWaves32.dll are missing When I start thesystem I get 2 errors in netdolst.dll and qWaves32.dll are missing, how and where can I download free others these files, the computer works fine except that when I start the system is very slow, and then displays error messages I tried the system restore, but this does not seem worked either I don't think restore points do not appear to contain everything that I never really use the restore of the system but like I said system works well except that I am living in a retirement home and cannot afford these packages fantasies you can send me an email to * address email is removed from the privacy * I'd highly appreciate your help as soon as possible because I am one of those who dislikes computers I would prefer to give me error messages can you send me instructions instead of put in place on the forum you can do it too if you want to thank you for your help, I am not an expert in computers, so I need a step by step instructions qWAVE.dll (without the "s32") is a legitimate file for Vista and Windows 7 but not XP. Searches on Google for "qwaves32.dll" and "netdolst.dll" increase only highly questionable links. When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer. Given that you know on torrents (and downloaded them?) increases the likelihood that you had (or still have) malicious software on your computer. First of all, download, install, update and run both of these free analysis tools: Do not run the scans at the same time. They can take some time, so start an and then go for a non computer chore for awhile. If the scans does not solve the problem (and they can't, because the actual malware dll file has already been processed), then download and run Autoruns. Click on the "Connection" tab and look in the column 'Image path' for the dll named in your error message. If it is not displayed in the connection tab, click the "all" tab and use the file > search tool. A characteristic of the search of Autoruns tool is that you must move the selection under the element line "found" before you "Find Next." Once you find the line with the file in question, either "delete" or (if you want to be safer) uncheck the box. The latter prevents the line running, but you can reactivate it later by removing the check mark. How can I tell if there's malware on my laptop?
