CD (with video content) for Windows Vista

I have just lbought the TI - 83 Plus calculator graphic which has a package that includes a CD for more information on how to learn how to operate it.  Problem is I can't get the CD in the disc drive.  How is it possible to get the CD to play?

Residential educational salvation,

A. what happens when you put the CD in the drive?

Have b. you tried to read the CD on a different drive?

Try this step.

1. click on Start > computer.

2. right click on the DVD drive and click on Open.

3. double-click on the file to open.

If the CD does not work on other drives or other computers check with the manufacturer if they can replace the CD. You also have an option to read the online manual.
