  This may mean that you have over 70 entries in the two Start Menu > programs files. Try to click the Windows Orb (start), click all programs, and then click Open. Again right click all programs, and then click Open all users. Right-click the taskbar, and then click windows next door.   If you haven't tried the "last known good configuration" among the Advanced startup options then do that first.  If this does not help, you must run the System File Checker to search for possible system problems.  Then, you must run the upgrade from the system tool and then see if you are able to run the SP2 update.   Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

  I have recently installed Windows Live Family Safety on two desktop computers.  Menus to start the computer both are now practically unusable.  The start menu closes / disappears in the opening moments.  It took several attempts to be fast enough to click on start, then on the button restart button.

  I have Acrobat X Pro on a new computer running Windows 10. Recently, I noticed that the Acrobat icon on my menu start changed the icon Photoshop PS.   I had the same problem and solved with the following workaround.  Detach your Launcher Acrobat in the task bar and create a new shortcut on the desktop of the "acrobat.exe" in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat (not from the start menu). Open this shortcut Acrobat and while it is open, PIN to the taskbar.  You can safely delete the shortcut on the desktop after it and the correct icon will stick.
