• After having migrated to HPConnected Central ePrint problems with the print files sent to the email

  HP has done once again huge confusion with the replacement of her service "eprint" to "HP connected". There is a reasonable need to do? In any case, after the migration, I noticed several problems:

  It is a common problem in Thunderbird. I think that the original message uses links to fetch messages from an online resource, so they are dynamically read when you view the message.

  Sometimes the only solution seems to be to download the images (right click, save as) and then add them to the message transferred (by hand).

  In some cases, save the message in local folders in Thunderbird is enough to force the remote images to download.

  Then locate the antivirus interference (there are a number of antivirus which are not compatible with Windows Mail programs).  See point 3 on the same page: www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

  Then try to empty your temporary Internet files of Internet Explorer (Tools |) Internet Options | Delete files).

  Then compact and repair the Windows Mail database (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/)

  See it if you can save attachments (keep it before opening).  Note (point 3 above) you will need to remove and add your e-mail account, if the antivirus is interfering.

  Thunderbird does not email without put you up somewhere. Where did you try to send your email address?

  Check your email providers web page mail and see if you did it here.

  By default when configure you Thunderbird it just connects to your server to suppliers and receiving your mail.

This method requires the software installed on each client email client-side and it may not work with all clients. especially those who use the web mail. This method also requires Adobe Acrobat Standard or professional to submit all PDF format. Users of Adobe Reader are normally limited to show only data FDF, XDP, XFDF, XML, and HTML formats. To allow Adobe Reader users to submit any PDF format; can we extend the usage rights on the document using Adobe Acrobat Standard or Pro, and save the document under a new PDF. This method requires a properly configured e-mail client and Adobe Reader software.

  Second, using Adobe's JavaScript to send the presentation to the recipient is a bit more technical. The JavaScript code can customize the subject, body and to, CC, BCC recipient lists. However, the name of the attachment is static and cannot be changed. The JavaScript method is more flexible; but, always software e-mail client-side installed and set up correctly on each client. If you want to use this method, I recommend the Google search for "JavaScript for Acrobat API Reference - Adobe" see examples of correct syntax of functions doc.mailDoc, doc.mailForm. This method requires a properly configured e-mail client and Adobe Reader software.

  The third and most reliable solution is to use a normal submit button and set the URL action to point to a script such as ASP.net or PHP server-side. This method sends the submission using a SMTP account without requiring software email client-side. The script can respond to the end-user with a success/failure message or redirect to a URL. If you are using an ASP.net web server; You may be able to receive the entire PDF without activating the usage rights by merging the presentation 'data' with a new form using FDFToolkit.net or iTextSharp PDF. ASP.net scripts can analyze incoming presentation data and inject the subject, body, the values of the fields to, CC, BCC and attachment name. Certain restrictions apply to iTextSharp technologies; Thus, no dynamic PDF XFA form support; and the limited form of static XFA support; but it is fully compatible with Adobe Acrobat AKA Acroforms forms. iTextSharp is not available for PHP. PHP scripts are limited to sending a message static, the recipient list and attachment. With PHP scripts, what the end user argues, this is what the recipient receives it in the Inbox. The script method on the server side requires a SMTP account, a provider of web hosting compatible and Adobe Reader.

  3. does come with attachments that you open from outlook express?

  4. have you tried to close the attachment after the consultation?

  5. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

  I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.
