Problem printer since recent updates.

I can print, but cannot enter the tab "Properties" to change settings such as a 'project' or only in black and white printing.  This has happened since the last updates.  My printer is a HP Deskjet #F4140 all-in-one.  Thanks for your help.  Diane

shima666,
If you think a particular Windows Update may have caused the problem, you must uninstall the update and test it.  If that is not correct the problem, then contact HP and get the last driver\software for the printer and reinstall it.
