  I think you can accomplish your desired behavior with a combination of the Panel Resize event and the method of the scale:

  Cannot resize objects.  By example, if I draw a square, and then, I lose the ability to resize the box. It will give me only anchor points which cannot be moved. If I try to move an anchor point, I find myself rather moving.  What is a program error?

  I think that you have disabled the bounding box. in the menu bar, select view / show the rectangle enclosing

• Can't resize object horizontally

  For example, in Illustrator 2015 if I draw a circle with the Ellipse tool, using the selection tool I can resize vertically by dragging a handle up or down, but I can't resize horizontally by dragging a handle left or right.   I use the standalone version of SDDM 4.02.840

  When I resize an object, for example an entity and when I move the mouse cursor/arrow to one of these advanced corner the mouse arrow does not change the arrow 2 faces expected.

  In SDDM 4.0.0.833 it still works. Did I miss something?

  It is "Synchronize with tree" option in "preferences > Data Modeler > diagram" and it works for me.

  The table will contain every object you create.  As, you will each property of each object dressers vi the object in the table.

  If I missed your intentions, which is quite possible, and your quest for a table is to have tables for properties, which means that you have a single object, but it should have arrays of the same properties, then you would use something like...

• Problems resizing of form fields

  I have not had this problem before and use the form field in Acrobat Pro for years. All of a sudden, I can't resize form fields to any size I want. Or I can put the fields wherever I want. I used must be able to move and resize in tiny increments, and now, the fields behave as if they are locked on a grid on the page - so do not allow me to put the fields anywhere, I want. With resizing, it is quite similar to I can't resize smoothly - resizing jumps into the blocks.

  No matter who else now facing this problem? I have not changed one of the preferences. Any help would be appreciated.

  Look under the view menu and see line up on the grid is not checked.

  Why can't I access the Sprite testBlock children?

  That's because TestBlock is a Sprite, and a Sprite is not a property named "test7TXT".

  You can still access them by doing something like the following:

  -Give the textfield object a name

  test7TXT.defaultTextFormat = formatTest;

  Note that getChildByName returns the object as a DisplayObject, you will need to cast to a TextField.

  I posted a question in the past on how to transform objects simultaneously in Illustrator, and the answer had to do with the help of "transform each" in the menu object. I'm trying to do the same thing in Indesign, but since there is no other choice "transform each" (or maybe I just missed it, or something similar there), I'm looking for another way...

  I have arrows heads in a diagram which must be scaled down 50% in their current size. The problem with scaling, it's that when all items are selected, they are treated as if they were a large object and then set the scale so that they all meet in the Center (ie. 50% their size, they all spend together as photo would scale). Is it possible to do so that the arrow heads remain in place after each of them is scaling upwards or downwards?

  I have a HP Photosmart C8180 printer all-in-one. I am able to print and scan regular letter paper, but I am unable to create and save a custom setting to print greeting cards (215 mm X 140 mm unfolded).  When I go into preferences-->-->, then to the custom drop-down list resizing features tab options, I can enter the dimensions, but when I press 'save' and 'ok', I can't find the new dimensions on the choice of drop down menu in Adobe Illustrator or in the printer driver.  So, I cannot print my map. I would appreciate your help.   Hmmmmm... I just tried it with my install Win7 and I was able to create a "custom paper size", save it, then open a n application and select the new custom paper size and print with it.

  I have included a page on what I am to research/talk to; is that what you see?

  I clicked on "Custom" and got this dialog box to the right.

  Define a name "" customer - whatever "and determine the dimensions... but make sure you click on [SAVE] to the right before clicking Ok."

  Close these dialog boxes; Then, open your application and in the print dialog box, look for this new name custom paper size.

• New to InDesign, with problems of objects vs just copy and paste.

  I'm working on my first page of brochure layout in InDesign.  I am having some problems when trying to place some simple vector Illustrator in my Indesign document.  When I do a place in the file, the image loses its sharpness, but if I select the image in Illustrator then copy to HAVE and paste into InDesign, it looks great.  I don't know enough for all this knowledge if this will have a negative effect on printing, or any other aspect of the finished product.  When you use the copy and paste method I don't seem to be able to change original that the work doesn't seem to be "associated" with a file I but rather just work in the InDesign document, if I understand correctly.  I'm doing something wrong?

  Best practice is to always use place. You don't have to worry about how the image looks in InDesign - this is just a glimpse of the screen. You can improve its look a bit using the view > display performance > high quality display. Even then, what you see on the screen is always a preview and will not look as good as what's to print.

  Remember that when you actually print, data from the original Illustrator, (not the preview) file will be used for output.
