  I had my palm tx for a couple of years and had no trouble to sync to my xp pro machine until today. I just got a new wifi-router/modem dsl from embarq (it's a ZyXEL P - 660 H - D1).   It seems that you have the correct settings.  I can only suggest you do 'Static IP' for computer and TX in your router.  Who will assign the same IP address to each device at all times.
