• SpeedGrade will open the preview window.

  Howdy, having problems become Speedgrade to really open people. Instead of opening the program and go to the boot screen, preview everything on my monitor and the program itself form blocks will not be open. On my dashbar, the Sg icon is not lit; in Control Panel, it does not show Speedgrade as an open program, only as a process. It does when I open the program from my desktop, and when I try and first directlink.

  I have a monitor second HDMI I leave unplugged, unless I use it for previews. It is probably the root of the problem, but I can't actually open Speedgrade to reset all the settings that I probably missed by means of disconnecting the HDMI.

  I tried to open the program, restart and everything like that, including with different combinations of the two monitors on, but none of this has helped.

  So, you had the two monitors connected & active then tried to throw Sg? To make sure.

  SG is quite different than it is monitor use than other applications. It will be the main window of the interface user on your system screen identifies as the number one screen... period. Even if Windows sees only one active monitor & set up here, if it is the monitor of the number 2, Sg will NOT. So first... Check your screens 1 & 2, Sg "will appear" on 1, and can if ordered to put the program on 2 monitor.

  If the Sg is not loading at all, which seems possible in your scenario, you should first try to remove preferences & startup files... and silly me, I do not have these places copied to a file on my desktop that I use to collect useful things to re-post when things need to people... and should. They are in the tree of the users/you/then local or roaming/adobe & etc. You can find here & on the web for the location of files, preferences and preferably delete & remove startup files. I know that they are in a couple of blogs program Adobe also...

  Now, if it still doesn't load after deleting or renaming your preference/startup files, you will need to run the application Adobe CC cleaner, find here...

• I have trouble getting documents to print. My printer shows but is not printed and I have problems to open the documents. What should I do?

  To rule out malicious software, restart your computer and start typing the F8 key.  Select Mode safe mode with networking.  Disable the system restore where the malware is known to hide.  Re-activate when you are finished.

  Start button > in the search box, type Folders options > view tab > ONE- always check "show icons, never thumbnails" > OK for the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

  The possible Zip files were dissasociated and rather associated with Notepad.  Go to start / Default programs / high a file or program with a Protocol / and go to .zip files.  It shows probably associated with Notepad.  Go to the following link: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/22/reset-and-fix-broken-windows-vista-file-ext-and-type-associations-include-exe-com-sys-zip-lnk-folder-drive/ and select the zip file option file and run it to reset the association of zip files.

  If this does not work, install 7-Zip http://www.7-zip.org/ one good program free Zip.  This should establish associate files with 7-Zip Zip (OK this action if requested).  Then, use 7 - Zip to open the Zip file.

  you have to start over.

  Large, complex projects tend to cause problems... the best bet
  would be to create several small projects, Publishing (economy)
  each of them in the format .wmv movie to a folder on your hard drive
  drive and then re - import clips video .wmv collected and
  combine them into a final video file.

  Or... import clips .wmv in creation of DVD and each Let's
  become a scene (chapter), you can have up to 18 scenes.

  FWIW... many file formats are would have been compatible with
  Movie Maker, but the most reliable choices are:

  Photos - bmp
  Video - wmv or dv - avi
  Music - wma, wav, wmv

• Problem when open the Java Berkeley DB

  I use the Java Berkeley DB version: I - 6.2.31.jar

  -My database has about 4 GB of info.

  -J' use a replication environment (but now I'm currently pointing the - nodeHost and - helperHost on the same IP and port)

  -J' uses a StoredSortedMap to store key/value information. (duplicates sorted is set to true)

  I use the database correctly for a while.
  Normally, I open the database and close several times.

  There are enough disc, and I've already tested in different HDs, (even with a SSD)

  This line shows the problem:

  je.info.N files contain monitoring logging. I use java.util.logging for this. The N at the end of the file name is assigned by java.util.logging and it runs from 0 to 9. What can happen is that you ran the names of the log files, or maybe the file is not closed properly (sounds like you're on Windows). Try to move all the files in je.info. * the environment directory and then open again the environment.

• Photo grey towers after I opened the Preview on a Mac.

  When I open an image exported in preview (I'm on a mac), the picture only flashes before it becomes gray (like the preview background color) and happens in preview, I can view in Safari. This only happens to some of the images, and they seem to have in common is that I also edited them in Photoshop. One of the photos as grey towers "worked" before, and now all of a sudden the same file gray tricks on me as well as more recently exported ones. Would be grateful for the help! Anyone got tips?
