  Finally confirmed that there is a problem with the VOIP provider. The problem has been solved now. This solution requires some setting side PennyTel (VOIP provider).

  This isn't a matter of Sony, it's a matter of Skype, which means you will need to contact the developers of Skype in this regard.

When they call this number and they do not get a response, it passes to a call handler. This call handler has an option of entry of the appellant 3. If they hit option is three transfers to an IP phone on Call Manager who is assigned to the CFA for this cell phone to people. Everything works except when the call is sent to the PSTN it sounds for time and then disconnects. This number can be called directly from the system with no problem.   I assume you are using version transfers here. You can give it a whirl with supervised transfers?

• Problems with calls after upgrade of VCS 8.22

  I've recently updated one of my devices VCS to 8.2.2, but I am having some problems.

  The Setup is as follows:

  VCS-C-1: X8.2.2
  VCS-E: 7.2
  VCS-C-2: 7.2

  EX90s: 7.2

  EX90 > VCS-C-1 (8.2.2) > neighbor area > VCS-E (7.2) > Traversal area > VCS-C-2 (7.2)

  Call is SIP all the way.

  Calls fail in both directions (connects but no audio or video).  Was working fine before the upgrade of VCS-C-1 of 7.2 to 8.2.2.

  If I change the adjacent area of VCS-C-1 to the VCS-E uses a profile of "Custom" with "Duo Video Filter" in position "On", it works very well, although this way I can't use presentation properly.  Even if I have introduced interoperability in any part of the path of the call (force a leg to H323), it works, but again, interoperability has its own set of questions.  Finally, if I register at each endpoint to the VCS-E, everything works, it works just not when you browse all three hop calls.

  The VCS-E is controlled by me, so can be improved if necessary, however VCS-C-2 is in another organization, the upgrade is likely to be much more difficult.

  I know that there are changes to the way video Duo works in X 8 - I noticed that it's moved from an overall command of SIP for by area, I guess it has something to do with it.

  Any ideas?

  until the step "work with menus" everthing works fine. After that I added the earpiece of the collection action and saved my work, the webapplication does not open. I only see a blank page and no error message.
  When I delete the action listener works just fine again.

  You can paste the code of the page where you added the listener to action?
  Make sure it is added within the menu option.

  I have the timeline with an animation, what I do is an entire website with pages on different frameworks... So far I put to the top of the intro page, everything works fine... I started to make buttons for navigation, the problem is, when I put a stop on the 1st action framework... the introduction clip no longer plays, but the button works fine and takes me to framework x with different content, so I tried to change and put the stop at the end of the opening sequence action What then happens is the introduction plays ok and stops but the button does not take me more search framework...

  I don't know if it can be of any help, but in case here is the action script that I use:

  Looks like you have more than one keyframe for the keys.  When you have a new keyframe, any code that has been assigned to the buttons must be reallocated.  If you have buttons on their own layer and not interrupt that their with new images keys, then you don't have to assign a code for them once.

  I am trying to configure a build custom offline process and I implemented a WinPE image with a few controls and remote files ini FILE to configure the BIOS settings for the technicians in offline mode.  I hit a deer where CCTK put my Admin password, but it does not recognize the password now.

  Here is the result of my batch file:

  The password that you used here is to have a more symbol "=" in the first command. so the bios password you set is "= Abc! 23"and not" Abc. " 23 ".

  Then please use this command below to clear your password.

  CCTK - setuppwd = - valsetuppwd == Abc! 23

  A valid command to set the password is: cctk.exe - setuppwd = Abc! 23

• Problem with call volume

  Whenever I've make or receive a call back automatically to very low. Any volume is the phone, I could make a call to adjust the volume up. Make another call, and it remains low. So low you can barely hear anything whatsoever. It is quite frustrating. Any ideas?

  Hi all, long time administrator/user of the Service Manager/Infra, for the first time poster

  Came across something the other day and was just after some help/help where possibly seek to solve.

  We are currently on version 9.1.3. When installing more than 2 years ago I created a post template specific for the call connected to the customer (call screen set/IPK). I tested this on setup and I'm 100% sure used to work, but seems somehow its has stopped working. I tested it on 3 scenarios as shown below, and it only sends the confirmation message to the client when we use the customer portal;

  • Call created directly within vSM - send an e-mail to customer record
  • Mail sent to our servicedesk - send an e-mail to customer record
  • Created via the customer portal - sends an e-mail

  Could someone point me in the right direction that maybe why this happened and how I would go about solving of this? What is the feature in the MSM that allows it to be sent through the portal?

  Or you can enable Show hidden files and folders in folder options, and then you should see the data files of the program.

• Problem with Action Ball cc

  I have a little problem with my 3D scene. I do a screen similar to the tutorial video Copilot pixel

  My problem is the dirt on the screen. It's just a picture on top of my demo with mix of fashion on the screen game. But the problem is that its looks like images with dust is floating in 3D I mean its the same Z value as my demo (0.0 °) that I'm trying to fix the images above but it looks like there ore value (5 °) something like that. It looks fake like that so I ask is there is a solution to this?

  What the others said. CC Ball Action, unfortunately does not meet in the same way as the native 3D layers 3D cameras. Depending on what you're actually trying to do, you can get by with the help of effects not 3D, for example by using a corner pin effect and warping manually the dirt in place. Also try to keep the dirt in a separate with its own camera model and bind it with selector expressions to your another comp, then mix everything in another comp. This way you can be able to work around the problem by playing with focal length or even apply remedial effects on the demo.
