Problem with creative cloud and El Capitan 10.11.4

Just updated to El Capitan 10.11.4 and now creative cloud will not work (pop-up box says it may be damaged or incomplete).  When I try to download and reinstall, it stops just during installation.  What can I do about it?

Please try to uninstall the "Creative Cloud Desktop App" and run the "Creative Tool Cleaner Cloud".
Then, reinstall the Desktop application.
