    Unfortunately my card had no money in it for a while but I got it'll still 30.4. My subscription was set to expire in version 3.5, so I thought that adobe would have the time to charge me, but rather my subscription has been canceled.

    I understand that you have installed the driver and it works fine.  When you checked the diagnostics you became confused because it says graphic R5 but you R7.

    According to the specifications of your laptop you have AMD Quad - Core A8 - 6410 APU with graphics Radeon R5 (2 GHz, 2 MB cache).

    Here is a link to the 17-f002sm HP Pavilion Notebook product specifications to confirm this information. I hope that this eliminates any confusion.

    I would just add response of Romit you can try this & check if it works.

    1 disconnect & reconnect to LTCC (office).

    2 launch any product, it will throw an invitation to renew the subscription at the bottom, a "this software license" option will appear.

    3 Please click on this it will ask you to sign & membership must be activated.

    Note: the process works when the subscription is active & payment transaction is completed.

    I have a problem paying my point.

    I asked my credit card Australian suspended from the Bank because someone used it without my permission.

    After that, I tried to check if my credit card (Visa Debit) works or not,

    so I tried to buy a song on Australian Itunes.

    And I could still pay for the song. (2.19AUD)

    I went to my internet banking and it shows nothing regarding the payment for the song in the history of the transactions.

    (But I had a 2.19dollars song!-_ -?)

    You can not, you can only use a card issued by an Australian bank with the Australian store (this is similar for all countries; and you have to be in a country to use his shop). You can try to use an Australian iTunes gift card

Greek credit cards are not accepted, and no doubt I'm the only one with this problem, because the cat of support was not aware of the problem and there is no official route from Adobe on how to handle this.
