  When you type wx you now have a variable named "wx" - not w * x which is what I suspect you intend. You must manually add a multiplication between them.

  When you use the Q, you are actually using the predefined global real variable that is most likely the value 0. If you've stored 2 in Q, I suspect that you'll get a different result. Remember that all variables in capital letters from A to Z and THETA and already defined as real numbers. VARS-> HOME-> REAL-press and you will see them.

• Problem with windows update and Service pack 1 for Vista 32 bit.

  A screen will appear that says I need to download the Service Pack 1 for Vista. He also says that it is more optimal to download the much smaller file, through Windows Update, rather than on the site. But when I check the Windows Update, it did not for me to download. Update verification that history does not display it has been downloaded before, even if the other Windows updates have been. Do I need? Should I download the version + 400 MB of site or there at - it another way to download smaller files for my PC only? Any help appreciated. Thank you! • OfficeJet 6700 DHCP causing problems with airprint and web services

  I find it kind of interesting that this printer does not properly with DHCP enabled by default and more easy to use configuration.  My new printer seems to require to manually set the ip and dns settings before the features of web services or airprint worked correctly.  It was strange because printing from a PC and iMac worked well, it was that only the web services feature (unable to connect to the server) and the airprint from IOS devices failed (printer shows up but just disappeared rather than printing impression actually).  Someone else has seen this and not do anything to solve this problem?

  The problem with this is effectively resolved through static DNS, generally. The reason it is and not with other functions, is that our print servers that connect you with are able to communicate more easily with some DNS configurations on the other.

  For this reason, HP recommends generally defining the DNS for your printer on the parameters of Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4.

• Problem with CapacityIQ plugin client access via vSphere

  I have two instances of capacity IQ installed - one with each of my vCenter 4.0 servers that are configured in bound mode.

  I have problems to access Solutions & Applications-> CapacityIQ GUI via the vSphere for one customer and receive an error indicating a delay of communication as follows;

  Network error (tcp_error)

  A communication error has occurred: "Operation timed out".

  The Web server may be down, too busy or other problems preventing him from answering. You can try again at a later date.

  For assistance, contact your network support team.

  I confirmed the status on the administration for each device portal - services are started and connectivity between the device and vCenter is very good - so it just seems to be a problem in my vSphere client.

  Any ideas?

  Is there a firewall or a proxy between the machine you use the vSphere client on and CIQ VA? It seems to be a kind of network related issue.

• Problem with Hyper-V (Windows 8.1 on HP Probook 450 G0)

  Hello community HP. I recently bought a HP Probook 450 G0 (i5 - 3230M + HD8750), after which I came across a problem and could not find any solution is linked. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:

  -Install a fresh Pro Windows 8.1 - sweetness

  -Activate the virtualization technology (VTx) via the BIOS - OK

  -Connect to Windows and enable the Hyper-V technology

  -Restart the computer - problem appears.

  Now, my computer takes forever to connect to Windows, with an indicator of spinning and the Windows logo.

  I searched through several similar questions as Gigabyte motherboard problem or and couldn't find something that works. Most possibly related thread is this one.

  I upgraded my BIOS to Version: F.25 (October 24, 2013) 19/08/2013 initial version, but it has led to nothing.

  I need Hyper-V for Windows Phone SDK 8.0 (Windows Phone emulator 8). I hope for a solution as soon as this prevents me from working on this computer.

• Problem with the latest Vista Service Pack Update

  Recently, I have intalled SP2 on my computer.  It seems to work very well on my desktop, but when I installed it on my laptop, it went through step 3 Setup (after the break).  At this point, it says it installs and shows 0% installed for several minutes, date at which it says stop, then it restarts and goes to step 3 Installing and this all over again.  I read in the installation it would probably close and restart the computer several times.  However, after about 3 hours of this continuous stop and restart, I get the same result.

  I had to hard boot the computer date to which I tried to restart in 'Safe Mode '.  I thought take it back to a restore point and forget the update.  However, it continues to do the same thing and so I'm TOTALLY unable to use my laptop.  HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP!

  Try the method below and check if this help.

  Method 1: Perform the clean boot your computer.

  From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

• Problem with the Removable Storage Service and Microsoft Fix it 50198

  I updated Windows XP computers in an office from Internet Explorer 7 to Internet Explorer 8.  During the process, the installation gave me security errors.  I resolved to fix these errors by running Microsoft 50198 recommended in troubleshooting Internet Explorer 8.

  The facility has been able to complete, but there is a new problem.  All computers that require this hotfix are now unable to use and USB storage media.  The following error is generated in the event log:

  I am logged in as an administrator and have tried several different USB media with the same results.  I am posting this in the security group as it seems to be linked to security changes made by Microsoft difficulty he 50198.  Other computers that do not need this fix do not have the same problem.

  I'm working on it, I think I found my problem.  These computers are part of an area in which I do not.  They will be removed from the field in a few weeks as they are separate from this company.  The area has some group policy settings that limit to me logged on as a local administrator.  I think I'll have to wait until computers were removed from the field to solve this problem.

• problem with the firewall/ics service after xp sp3 installed (internet connection sharing)

  a humming with no problem.  recently purchased office 2010 and, if necessary, to upgrade to xp sp3 to install.  SP3 installed, now unable to connect.  can not turn on the windows firewall.

  When I try to activate the windows firewall I get the following message:

  read some other solutions, but some seem to be beyond my skill level and/or are related to an sp2 update.  wanted to know if there is a more current solution.  any help much appreciated.

• Display problem with hyper link text on the Blackberry HTML browser

  There is a help section on the application I'm working on that. Basically, load us an html with the Blackberry HTML browser page and provide links hyper text severeal to other subsections providing hyper links text themselves until that user pages of real-world information (just typical help things).

  The last link of these pages are always displayed vertically. I've done more laps that I know not to try to solve this problem (including links hyper text in a list in a tab, but it keeps going that way no matter what).

• Problem with USPS shipping integration

  Now the calculation of delivery USPS in catalyst takes weight matters, not the size of the box. That is a huge problem for us, we usually ship boxes that are more than 12 ". Does anyone know how to get an accurate quote to USPS? UPS works fine... it seems wrong to me to only offer a delivery service for packages that are more than 12 ", our customers must be able to have a wider range of choices.

Questions, it's that he is an NP-hard problem (google it), to calculate the size of a box based on several products is easy for humans but hard for computers (to do). That said I've spent the better part of 6 months, developing a solution to this. I can calculate the size of a box (any size) according to the ordered products in the most optimized fashion and then queries API shipping company to get a price and who presents to the customer in real time.

  The solution can;
  -Calculate a dynamic box sizes based on the size of the maximum area of several products, with a feature only ship if the product must be larger than the maximum size of box.
  -Calculate optimal packaging area for several products based on the multiple dimensions of the fixed box.
  -Give the different shipping options and prices (overnight, ground etc.).

  -Inject all these information, including a dynamic shipping price in the order before final payment.

  -Inject order tracking number itself.

  -Print the button on the order page to print the shipping label.

  -Provide the percentage of reductions for tariffs for orders less than X amount of shipping.

  -Much more

  It is a solution, I sell a package. It depends on what your needs, we make the hardware sales at this time, but it works in the real world and save my client thousands of dollars a month.
