  I am logged in as an administrator and have tried several different USB media with the same results.  I am posting this in the security group as it seems to be linked to security changes made by Microsoft difficulty he 50198.  Other computers that do not need this fix do not have the same problem.

  I'm working on it, I think I found my problem.  These computers are part of an area in which I do not.  They will be removed from the field in a few weeks as they are separate from this company.  The area has some group policy settings that limit to me logged on as a local administrator.  I think I'll have to wait until computers were removed from the field to solve this problem.

  As an alternative to creating multiple variables, you can also work around this problem by simply checking if the listener already exists:

  Moreover, you don't need bind() when you use on(). It automatically binds the event handler to the local scope.

  Machines virtual Java is backward compatible, so you can use the JDBC 1.4 with JVM 1.5 or later without problem, no need to download new classes.

  And Yes, I think that it is best to go directly to JDK1.6... Here I have 1.6 and use the tool to export Apex with the 10g JDBC classes without problems.

  Sorry but described is not a problem and the subject of this thread is really bad. What you use is the recovery image. This recovery image is in fact the factory settings. It is a logic that begins each time after installation of operating own will be the same procedure.

  What you need to do is to interrupt the procedure of registration and complete the installation of the OS. If your laptop is already registered you must not do it again and again. I recommend to disable this automatic boot record (msconfig) or check if you can remove the system.
