Problem with Installation of App to blackBerry Smartphones

Another user has found a solution to this problem and displayed in these forums... it's to clear the application cache:
1. open the App World
2. go to my world

I just bought my first blackberry (curve 9300). I tried to set up my own mail (gmail account), I noticed that the installation wizard does not display the option create or add an email address. The only option available is to use a professional email with blackberry enterprise server account.
Any ideas on this problem?

My text messages started showing both text message icon and the icon of e-mail (all). All emails coming through my Blackberry 9320 I can only access once the desktop computer (where of alerts for received text/missed calls / emails shows just under the 'time' at the top of the screen).

Hi, I had my BB curve less than a month, so I'm still learning. I can access internet for most sites, but the one that I want - I can not go beyond the main connection. I am an AVON representative and want to be able to access my AVON site but when I connect, it just reloads the same page - doesn't give me any error messages or anything. I'm on giffgaff (who has the phone accepts very well), but...
1. I can only call a few people in my contact list. (at every time without problem) where others it disconnects right away when I try to call.
2. I cannot sms only to individuals who have already sent me an sms, I can carry on a conversation but does not start with someone.
3. some people I can txt I can't call and visa versa.

Thanks for your detailed description, which helps us a lot. I recommend that you download blackberry protect and do a full backup. After the backup, please try reloading your software through blackberry desktop software or wipe a complete security. NOTE: all data will be lost during a wipe.
Hello. I searched the forums and do not see an answer to my particular problem so I hope someone can help out me. If there is already an answer to this question, please point me in the right direction. All the posts I've read mainly referred to apps stuck at "Starting download"... "and nothing on that I read the threads deadlock downloads already underway.
Here's the problem:
I tried to download AP Mobile the other day via App Workd (v. 188.8.131.52) and for some reason any download stagnates on 197 k 335 k and seems to be stuck here no matter what I try to do. I tried all the possible corrections that I have read in other posts, as do a battery pull, send me the link of the App World on my PC, etc, and nothing does. I tried to make a break and the resumption of a dozen times or more. I have more an option to download the app when I go to it via App World, through my camera. I tried to uninstall/reinstall App World. I don't know what else to do?
Y at - it a magic trick hidden to cancel the download, or somehow out of it to restart?
I was able to download/install any other applications without any problem. Even as this, we are still 'active '. Strange.
Why App World gives users the possibility to cancel/restart in the first place?

Hi, I do not use Appworld so I will be not specific, but please search again on this forum about the answers that talk about Appworld and clearing the cache of the AppWorld using Alt (sequence of the RST. That should erase the portion of Setup that you have already downloaded and let you start the installation from scratch.
really weird my touchpad to scroll more that when I hold alt and press the cap then I can scroll and if I scroll upwards or downwards in the BBM, it changes the letter I typed in a weird letter with stops at this topic hope someone can help me with this

I bought a 1 GB micro SD card to go in my "BOLD" and now I want to upgrade to an 8 GB card (1 GB was obviously not enough almost ). I own a Mac, so I can't use the BB Desktop Manager to transfer files from one card to my computer, then on the new card. Me and my girlfriend just got blackberry devices, mine is blue, hers pink.
They are both on the same theme and have exactly the same parameters in the menu of the screen/keyboard, however the dark blue one will appear darker on the screen (the background image has a shade darker for it) also the menus also.

No other alerts does stop your Media Player.
When in the App World by looking at my app on my 8530 list, I notice that there is also a list of any uninstalled apps as well as a list of available apps. Is there a way that you can remove from your app list or they are just there for ever? Thanks for any help.
