  My hard drive crashed and I lost my CS5.5, thanks to the community, I was able to download a trial version on my new hard drive. The problem is that Adobe is recognizing my serial number as a version upgrade, which, at the time when I bought it was not what I thought I was buying.  I ran CS2 and they couldn't or wouldn't upgrade of this series.  So when I try to activate the verson of the trial with my serial number CS5.5, I get a window that opens and does not recognize my valid CS2 serial number, (there is no option for CS2) so tried the other option by clicking on the button buy, I learned that it is no longer available.

  I tried to call Adobe and women, I spoke, told me that they've improved from CS2 and which is why I got this product.  She tried to turn me to support, but after a long wait on hold, I gave up on waiting.  So, how to resolve this loop?  I don't have CS2 on my new hard drive because of the accident, and I don't know if I still have the software.  I don't know that I paid for the full version of CS5.5.  And the days are countdown on my trial version.

• Problem with resizing table InDesign CS5

  I have problems with resizing of tables in InDesign CS5.

  The width can be entered and a decrease, but the right height do move up nor down when you pull in the lower right corner or anywhere else on the base of the columns.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  Is it a bug or maybe just me not understanding things correctly in the help...?

• BIG problem with scaling of CS5

  I recently opted for CS5 and have not had time to delve into all the new tools, yet and spin in these little quirks that come with software updates.
  
  This is a BIGGIE, I'm stuck:
  
  In CS3, I could choose a picture or object and reduce by selecting a corner of the frame of the image/object, then by dragging my mouse, so that he would scale down in the direction I wanted it. (For example, I need to click on the lower right of an object or image of the image and drag to the top left corner, so image object would scale down, without ever moving from his original top left x / y position.)

  In CS5, when I try to do, it operates based on the center of the image, that doesn't work at all for what I'm trying to do.

  I tried clicking on the diagram of nine points at the far left of the control panel to see if this changes the orientation of the scaling is based on, but has no effect.

  Hey, recently I started noticing odd behavior that's not happened before involving selections in photoshop cs5.

  the first thing I noticed, when I made a selection with the lasso on any given layer and hit transform, the tool only has not automatically select active pixels as it did before. Instead, the processing area was around the entire selection, I did even if the borders do not contain active pixels. It is a very big problem for me because when I have my items in a certain place, and I want to turn them in this position, thay move somewhat because the selection is not limited to the shape. I was wondering if this is some new CS5 that can be changed. or old function that I've accidentally switched on.

  My second problem is that when I make a selection with the Selection tool or the lasso tool, then I swiitch on the move tool to move the selected content and then switch back to a selection tool to delete only a part of the previous Thatcher so that I can spend the rest of the content, place of deselection of this region, it erases the pixels contained in the deselection. and I just want to remove the selection, do not delete the pixels.   I'm trying to run a Setup program (Photoshop CS5) on my iMac OS10.11, but every time I double click on the Setup application, an error message appears saying that "Installer" is damaged and cannot be opened. All the world is facing this issue before?

  Hey, I encountered recently some problems running first on my Mac. I have recently updated to version beta of OS X El Capitan, but I think I used first since then without any problems. Recently, whenever the video is paused, the image becomes discolored and strongly pixelated and rasterized.   A few years ago I created my site using WYSIWYG Web builder 5.5 and now I get my hands on Dreamweaver CS5 and I'm trying to learn it. I find some tutorials on the internet with lots of useful information. Because I used very simple WYSIWYG Web builder 5.5, I'm not so good with HTML and CSS. But I'm learning.

  I have a problem and I can not find solution for it.

  I want to use the templates because they are the simplest tings. I have about 190 pages on my site (http://f1-dictionary.110mb.com) and models will help a lot.

  I created a page and I call it (title) "Home" and I save it as a template as "index.dwt". I created editable regions (content) and blocked domains ("header" 'sidebar1″' I 'sidebar2'). According to all the tutorials, I find, < title > < / title > part is editable, and you are free to change the title of the page. But not in my case. By Christopher Heng, thesitewizard.com CS5 tutorial:

  What you need to do is to open the file, index.dwt, switch to view code and joined yourtag of polarity

  code to create an editable, as illustrated below:

  As a side note, you need to save the as model .dwt file: Save as > model.

  This creates a "Templates" folder in your site folder and a file named "template.dwt".

  Once this has been done you then create other pages of the file "template.dwt".

  page 190, I would seriously consider SSI (Server Side Includes) as a method of updating the pages.

  Using this method you just update one or two files based on the editable sections how you

  on your page/s. Then, you only need to download these handful of files that have changed on the server instead
  all 190 pages every time you make a change or change.

  In another treat someone wrote, I have to delete the cache of first and change the directory. Now, I cleaned cache, but I go to the directory % can´t. The path: C:-users------(myname)------AppData-Roaming------Adobe------common does not exist! There are just my "Microsoft" folder AppData... but no Adobe folder.

  Hi Martin,

  You can change the location of the Cache of media since Premiere Pro preferences.

  Click on file > Preferences > change the location for the Database Cache.

  

  Re-launch of Premiere Pro and import your media files.

• Sudden problem with XDCAM in first Pro CC (xd5c) files

  I have a project file, I was working on a couple of months ago using XDCAM (xd5c, HD422) of files, but since I formatted my windows machine because of hardware changes. Now I cannot import/link media in my project.

  I looked for independent codecs but they seem to be unsuccessful - even if I I remember at the time I started working on their having to search and I thought it was an AVID codec pack: http://Avid.force.com/PKB/articles/en_US/compatibility/en372311

  Someone knows how to fix this? Any help would be great!

  Premiere Pro doesn't have enough to work with the media, XDCAM directly from the device.  This is why I suspect this media don't come not in camera, or at least changed after from the camera.

• Problem with scaling

  I have a drawing (belonging to an animation) I need to scale.

  Unfortunately (and unexpected) when I tried, I found the lines that make that object become (much) thicker. If it's any help, the drawing was created using the Brush tool, I understand that use almost all of the animators.

  Is it possible to make the lines preserve the thickness of origin? I see the pencil tool, online tool, the pen tool - all have this facility, apart from the brush.
