  I had a similar problem with my Motorola Atrix 2, which was purchased on January 4, 2013. Vodafone SIM is been recognized and had a red cross on the notification of signal. But the same works very well in the other mobile. Also use the SIM showed all the signal bars.

  You can try the upgrade/flashing the firmware on the router... Download the firmware from www.linksys.com/downloads and save it on the desktop...
