Problems of Bluetooth.

First of all, English is not my native language, so I'm really sorry for any grammar or incorrect spelling.

Now, I have a problem with my bluetooth device. Whenever I try to connect to my laptop (Sony Vaio-VPCEH w7 x 64) on my phone, it shows this message:

http://i.imgur.com/AWjPLZR.PNG
I tried to update all the drivers I found, and I even tried to find a way to create this association with explorer.exe but I haven't really found how/where to do. I saw some help topics, but none of them that you need to configure something to explorer.exe. n_n

Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Barbara,

-What is the exact full error message?

This issue may be caused if the Bluetooth drivers are corrupt or not compatible with the version of Windows.

I suggest you to update the Bluetooth device and check if it helps:
(a) click the Start button.
(b) in the search box, type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
(c) select the Bluetooth device and right click on it.
(d) select Update. Restart your computer.

If the problem persists, you can search for a driver updated the manufacturer and install the latest version.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

You can connect your mobile phone via Bluetooth. I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

See the help articles and check if that helps.

    Hi Steve,

    1. what operating system is installed on the computer?

    2. are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices to the computer?

The first thing you need to check is that the Bluetooth device is installed correctly or not. Check in Device Manager and see if you have a yellow fringe on the Bluetooth.

Step 1:  Check if one recognizes oneself in the Device Manager, go to Device Manager follow the steps listed below.

    a. Click Start and then click Control Panel.

    b. click System and Maintenance, click System and then click on Device Manager.

Note: If the control panel is in Classic view, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

    (c) in Device Manager, expand the device; check if it shows all the marks on your drivers listed.

Check the Bluetooth device is discoverable and that your computer is set to enable Bluetooth devices to connect to your computer.

Step 2: Also, try the following steps:

    a. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and sound and then click Bluetooth devices.

    b. click on the Options tab, select the Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer check box and then click OK.

Follow the steps in the below items to solve the problem.

  • dv4-3106tx: installation problem driver Bluetooth

    Hello and good day,

Im having a problem with my built-in bluetooth. Before this all works fine until recently I can not discover device bluetooth, send/receive files. And I have every confidence, uninstall the driver for bluetooth device manager with the intention to reinstall using the driver included in the C: drive.

However, the problem is when keep Windows install that driver with built in driver provided with windows. I thought: Oh ok nevermind, I'll just run the setup and it will overwrite and use the Ralink/Motorola bluetooth driver instead.

But this isn't the end. When I run the Setup, I get this dialog box

and I select Yes, 'restart the computer now' and click Finish. Then the computer will reboot and restart the installation, and again once I got this same message again... again and again and again.

So I'm pretty much stuck now. For now, the bluetooth is installed with built in the windows driver used. But I can't find out, send/receive files either.

    Any help is very appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

In fact, I managed to solve the problem of bluetooth by:

1 get the driver, my friend backup files. It uses same lappy with me. I asked him to save the driver software Driver Magician.

    2. I run the Wizard software and do the restore. Then, it requires a reboot. Restart the computer

    3. upon reboot, I started the installation of bluetooth driver software and he manages to complete the installation without any problem.

  • Rendering problems audio bluetooth Windows 7

I have an external peripheral stereo Bluetooth (a speaker Auro Blunote) connected to my desktop Windows 7 Home 64 bit over Windows 7 Bluetooth Audio rendering.

Initially, this connection works well. However, after a few minutes of non-use - Windows 7 seems to be abandoned the connection. If I'm in his-> make of Bluetooth Audio and select Test - there is no sound.
To temporarily solve the problem, if I disable Windows 7 Bluetooth Rendering, and then select on - when I type TEST - the connection is re-established.

Needless to say - my Aura Blunote speaker doesn't have this problem when it is connected to other Bluetooth - my mobile phone, tablet devices, etc.
