  It was a typo on the part of Ajlan. It was supposed to read "Lock after signing the Document. Please see the screenshot below. However, this check box only appears in the dialog box sign the Document If you sign the last signature on the PDF field. If you don't, it's because there are other unsigned signature fields.

  We have some problems with printing to PDF with FM9 colors.

  FM document files eps (1) with a green box and (2) a rectangle created with the tools chart FM, filled with the same values of color green (91/0/60/44)

  In FrameMaker both colors is really different, but too bad, in the PDF color (eps) and the rectangle obtained the same correct green color.

  Using the print option,-you're always going the same route that FrameMaker Win has always been, that uses the postscript RGB driver only Windows. Now with FM9, you have the possibility to get CMYK directly to PDF, as defined, without any color conversion.   When the .zip file doesn't work, what happens? (actually never open, is open but it is empty, ect.)

  Do you get any error messages?

  Are you just trying to access what is inside or what you want to do with the .zip file?

  I'm running Windows Vista Home premium with service pack 1 installed. I have 2.00 GB of memory and running a 32-bit operating system

  When I open some websites it comes immediately closes and you said "Internet explorer cannot open this site" then the cottage site and says '' abandoned operation. ''

  So I thought I would upgrade my system. Whenever I have shut down my computer it asks to install updates - I have let that happen, it always lists the same updates and even though it shows that they have been correctly installed. Next time I'll look in the list of updates - the same updates appear. When I try to update to Internet explorer 6 to 8 or 9 it says I need service pack 2. When I try to install service pack 2, I thought after I have started to install pack 2, service pack 1 must be installed. When I download and try to install service pack 1, it indicates that service pack 1 is already installed.

  Any ideas on how to get my internet explore updated would be greatly appreciated.

  When downloding a new application, applet, or executable file or program msi, I always choose to SAVE them to the DESKTOP, then I make a folder and copy the downloaded file to the new folder when the program is fully downloaded, I then run my hand registered antivirus program to ensure that it is virus-free. (right click, then choose scan with "antivirus program").

  Once I know it's clean and stored safely, I disconnect from the internet, disable my antivirus program, & close all processes not essential in the Task Manager.

  Then go to the folder "New folder" and double-click the new application to install it without interference.

  Once it is installed, restart your computer to start your antivirus program and already completed process automatically and then if it needs to access the INet activation or registration, it can do so safely.

  It a new application and ask you if that's OK, you know is very well since you just installed it will say your firewall.

  I've never had a problem with failed facilities or other interference from program using this simple step-by-step process.

  I have considered using the HTMLResources for the storage of several audio and video clips instead of placing multiple copies of clips in several articles. Information found in the forums and here:

  We understand how to download resources. And believe we have zipped it the right way. But...

  In InDesign's embed code does not generate what anyone outside a small line of text saying "This is ARBITRARY HTML" when it is placed in the article, and this text object cannot be manipulated (made to look like we want, step 4 in the link above). But mostly, he plays or show anything different media that we have tried to link to in the HTMLResources with the embed code.   Each folio uses its own HTMLResources file so you will have to download again to the second folio.

  When you export the file as PDF from Indesign,

  In the dialog "export to PDF": -.

  In the Compression options, (on the left)

  change "bicubic downsample ' to"do not downsample"for all, then check, it will be good to go.

  You must save them to be backward compatible. You can only set your printer Adobe PDF option. In Acrobat, you do not save, but use reduce the size of file or PDF Optimizer for backward compatibility. You might have added something that was specific AA9 that causes the problem. Depends on if you create forms or what. When you are dealing with a company, it's probably a good idea to keep backward compatibility at least version 6, but it looks like 5 for your case if you distribute Reader 5 on the CD. I maintain AA5 compatibility of files that I create.
