• Microsoft Photo Viewer memory problem / unable to print images... (2 questions)

  The other day I tried to print a photo (.jpg file) color - so I deactivated the "Print in grayscale" checkbox in the properties of the printer (just like always).

  But after clicking on the OK/Print button in the Print Wizard Photo, 4 the same error windows pop up.

  I hate this chime late trying to solve this problem, but I had the exactly the same problem (per month) and finally resolved.

  What has not worked:

  • Reinstall Windows 7 as an upgrade on the spot.
  • Upgrade to Windows 8 (improved the situation, but did not fix)

  What makes:

  • Create a new user account, it set until I transferred the old user account settings.
  • Set the color management settings.

  Before you reinstall, I suggest to create a new user account and try printing once logged into the new account. If the photo printing Wizard works when logged in with a user account, the problem is specific to the settings for the user account with the problem.

  To check the color management settings try this:

  • Click Start
  • Color in the search box type
  • Click on color management in the results of the research
  • Click the Advanced tab
  • Make a note of any settings that do not start with the system default
  • Change all settings that are not listed as default from system to system default
  • Close the color management dialog box and try again the Print Wizard

  In my case it was a colour profile Adobe corrupted causing the problem.

  I have a special problem.  I have a first Elements 10 project when I add images both online images appear "zoomed in" However their properties are 100%.  1080 p video that I add to the timeline also appears to 'Zoom Out' but their properties are 100%.  I guess that I have a wrong setting somewhere but I can't find one that.

  Strangely, if I try and edit an old project, the same thing happens?  I already have images in the media files I can add to the timeline OK but if I import the same image from my computer and add the duplicate image newly at the time line is the same... the picture "zoomed" image properties are 100%.  If I add the original image (the one that was already in the media project) to the time line it seems OK.

  So in summary... all 'new' imported 'any' project media now adds to the timeline appearing zoomed in?

  On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements running? The computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card?

  What are the properties of the video source that you import? And what is the predefined project that you set to match the properties of the media source? Work with the preference default scale to the size of the image on or off? (See Edit Menu/preferences/general).

  Once we know the operating system, we will try to define the situation and find a solution to the problem. • Why Auto-scale intensity images and how can I disable this?

  Dear Sirs I display an image from a FireWire camera (collected with "IMAQdx to Image.vi") in an indicator of picture (Vision-> Image display) on the front panel. When the distribution of intensity changes, the overall intensity seems to auto scale. But if change the intensity in a part of the image, and I put a cursor in another part of the image, the Image information box told me that the pixel value does not change even if the visible intensity of the indicator changes. I also made a comparison with the 'good old' graph of the intensity. So, I have to use 'IMAQdx get Image Data.vi' and place the data table before presenting the image in the graph of the intensity. If I disable AutoScale Z, a part of the image does not affect the rest, but if I turn it on, the image behaves like the display of the Image above. Obviously, there is a kind of automatic scaling in the display of images. Can someone tell me if and how I can disable this auto-scaling feature?

  All pallets are applied to 8-bit grayscale images, the 16-bit image is converted to 8 bits before applying the palette.  You're right that it would be nice to be able to apply a rainbow palette to the original 16-bit image, but it is not available.  No doubt, you can write your own routine that would use a custom lookup table to convert the 16-bit image to an image of rainbow-colored, but probably would not bother.  The final image would most likely look exactly like the current image.

• Updated scale/resize images in a slideshow

  I made my own website and now my gf Web site.

  Note that I do exactly the same thing for my site but I have a problem, now that I've ever had with my site.

  My problem is the following:

  I have put a new slide show. When you resize the main image, your image is growing with the image that you are expanding. I did it for my site because I wanted images larger than the way it is when you put the slide show. It worked.

  Now it does work for his site. My solution was to copy the slide show that I like from my site to his site. When I add the images in the slide show, they are smaller than mine, but my image is 1068 x 715 px and his image is 1032 x 709 px. If the size is quite the same, but its image is really smaller.

• How to change the timeline view in PE9 to see all images?

  In PE9, I see that many executives to the timeline appear empty. the frame clip transitions has images.   How can I change this to see all images?  In PE 2 I never had the "feature."  I guess most are empty to reduce the handling of files, etc.   But I would like to turn the frame power custom images.

  PS when I imported a short series of minutes 8 clips direct from my sony HD camera timeline frames were complete... but most video I use is old analogously conversions of tapes on DVD... that imported for editing PE files from dvd.

  There are several choices for the display of the thumbnail of the image. These are available from the video track in the timeline view Mode header. In my version of the GER, one has the choice of first, all and none (which displays the name of the element). PrPro, it is also first & last. This view could be added to the PrE 9.

  The lack of tabs in display properties usually indicates a malware infection. First run the scans and do not skip the preparatory work.   Open the computer and right-click on the boot drive (c :)), select Properties.

  Click Disk Cleanup and allow it to scan the drive.
