PS6010 stop script

We have an APC ups that is configured to stop our VMs and ESXi hosts in the case of a prolonged power outage, but I wish I could stop our without as well.  I found some good info on how to do this with another without here:

http://en.community.Dell.com/TechCenter/storage/f/4466/p/19497650/20326094.aspx

and here:

http://en.community.Dell.com/TechCenter/storage/f/4466/p/19448532/20102987.aspx

But I must be overlooking something.  I'm more interested in the Python scripts (although I should mention that I'm not familiar with Python), but when I go to the firmware download page, I don't see the tools script here.  I installed the host Interface tools, but I'm not finding the python example scripts.  And while I have the powershell tools installed that came with SUCCESS, it doesn't seem to be any Stop-EqlMember cmdlet.  Does anyone have advice for me?

Hello

You must select a FW revision, closest to what you are running on the 6110.  Then you will see the link to the script tools host.   There is an example that shows how to restart the Python table.  This should be changed to make the Save.

Kind regards

    Hi again-

Well, this is what I discovered.  I have Microsoft Security Essentials I shouldn't Windows Defender.  Apparently, it becomes invalid automatically with some security systems.    I didn't have the message "stop script" lately.  Why?  I have no idea.  As I said, it's random.  I appreciate your help.  I think I'll just see what happens.

  • SQL more how to stop script after the exception of the DDL

    Hello

I have script .sql, which I managed by SQL * more.

Some migration of data and database structure changes were made in the script.

So, I use a lot of distinct calls:

    @script_name.sql

    @script_name_1.sql

    @script_name_2.sql

    ...

Some of the scripts contains DDL as create table or column.

    contains some declare blocks (DML).

Is it possible to stop the script after an exception has occurred?

    Thank you, Olga.

    Hi, Olga.

You can use the SQL * more order

    WHENEVER SQLERROR EXIT

to tell SQL * more to stop the execution of orders and immediately disconnect after any exception SQL is triggered.

I don't know of anyway to stay connected, but to stop script execution, after an error.

  • stopped script (still another script) when you turn on the computer

Almost everytime I start the computer, I get the error message. Script stopped, do you want to retry the script or abandonment of it.
The scripts are always different. And until it is cleared (sometimes a few of them) the functions offline is very slow and I can't go on the internet.

    Hi HennieK,

    1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

How to resolve script errors in Internet Explorer on Windows computers

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/308260

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

  • How to stop Script Istatic Error Message

I downloaded a browser that had delivered programs and uninstalled them.  Revo Uninstaller mandatory because it is not possible to uninstall using Windows.  I think it was "Istatic."  I get repeated script error messages asking if I want to run this script on this page (desktop?).

I ran the Windows-renewal tool, the sfc/scannow.  None were damaged.  I ran another program that removes the remaining registry entries.  I always get the script error message.  What can I do?  The program has already been uninstalled, I think.

  • Wrong button: Gotoframe seems to crush Stop Script

    Hello

I use CS6 with Actionscript 3.0 and I'm trying to code a basic menu two buttons. I have a layer separated from my actions with the stop(); action to prevent it to skip forward to the next section, but when I try to encode my buttons to go to a different image if you click on it, it seems to ignore the shutdown script and eventually an infinite loop so that I cannot even verify if my buttons worked. What could I do it wrong? My buttons are from the external library, with the modified text and I was not making syntax errors when I check the code in the tab stock.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

    -C

Your title seems to tell us you have a shape any interfering with the stop(), gotoAndPlay() control but you don't explain something of the sort in the details.

The code that you add, and which ends with the stop() is no longer what works.

  • In the tables tab stops script

Is it possible to refer to tab stops in a script? I can't find anything about it.

I have the notes that need to occur at the bottom of each table that the symbols or abbreviations are used in this table. Because the cells can not be resized independently, it is difficult to get the same spacing. So I use tabs to create "virtual" columns

Here's how I do it manually:

1 merge all the cells in the row.

    2. Enter the notes.

3 take note of the width of the merged column.

    4. determine how many tab stops are needed.

    5. set each center-aligned tab.

Thus, a column of 6 "to scale with three notes would have to 1 ', 3' centered tab stops and 5. It looks like three columns spaced text.

I would be able to enter the notes and then run a script to determine the correct tab stops. I could either select or define a paragraph style that you could find the script.

    Thank you!

    Ryan

Remember that tabs are the text properties. Everything you need is there to do. There is even a property tabsList that you can use to set all tabs in a single shot.

  • How to stop script error messages?

    Under Win XP home sp3
    THAT IS TO SAY 8
    OE 6
    MSE 1.0.1611
For 3-4 weeks I get script error messages everyday when you open e-mails on OE6. I am not aware of changing settings of IE or OE. Under IE-Tools-Options-Advanced-browsing the Internet the following checkboxes are checked disable script debugging IE; Disable debugging other scripts; and display a notification of every script error is unchecked.
In OETools-Options-Security-block images and other external content in HTML E-mail is checked.
Why am I now all these script errors?

In OE go to: tools | Options | Security and set OE to the restricted area. That should remove the active scripting and end with the error messages.  Bruce Hagen MS - MVP [Mail]

  • Thunderbird stops for one minute with the symbol of the waiting and then returns an error message on a script does not? CAUSED: By McAfee

Thunderbird stops especially when you write a message, displays the circle waiting and finally back with a message on a script does not properly. The choices are stop script or continue, the choice is obviously stop. It's embarrassing, I have set up with the same problem with XP on Thunrderbird and on Firefox and supposed to with Win 8.1 this would go, I was wrong. It is a standard installation of you bird, have not had the problem again with F'fox.

Thanks for the info, I intend to replace McAfee but looks, as norton may have the same problem or a similar problem and is probably what is causing issues with XP. E machine XP will disappear but will have to solve on the new machine.
Once again thanks for the info.

  • At the opening of the YouTube full Firefox get hang and its ask a script download or stop...

    Hi team,

I have download 17.0.1 latest version of FireFox for Windows 7. Opening youtube.com its ask a script stop or restart I stop script and then complete firefox gets hang.

Rest of Web sites work correctly, just for youtube.com why firefox gets hang.

I use firefox for ages but never faced this kind of problem.

Please suggest how to get rid of this?

    Kind regards

    Possible other causes and solutions:

  • When I run CLEAR HISTORY, I get this error... A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends. Script: chrome://browser/content/sanitize.js:136

response to "continue the script" works sporadically. Usually, I opt for STOP SCRIPT.

Problem occurs with other times, but not as consistent as w / clear Hist

Which may be caused by disabling cookies via "clear recent history".

    • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will be: "Use the custom settings for history" > [X] clear history of Firefox closing > settings
    • Firefox > history > clear recent history or tools > clear recent history

If you use "Clear recent history" to clear Firefox cookies also tries to clear cookies from plugins like Flash (LSO), and then starts a process plugin-container for each plug-in, and which can add extra time and can cause a script error does not appear.
Make sure that all plugins are up-to-date.

Try to exclude cookies to see if that helps.
Allow all cookies expire when you close Firefox to delete unwanted cookies and keep those with an exception permit.
Make sure that you do not erase the "Site preferences" because that will remove all exceptions.

    • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "Keep until the": "closing of Firefox".
  • "Receive the error message" a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding.
