  I am writing a service provider of export/publication that supports the publication and export (supportsIncrementalPublish = true). So, there is only on sectionsForBottomOfDialog() which is used for export and publish them. That's nice, since most of the adjustment options must of course be identical to export and publish them. However, some settings are only required by the provider to publish. To keep export dialog as simple as possible, I want to hide specific publication parameters when called via 'Export '.

  Is there a way to determine if the dialog box was opened by 'Release' or 'Export', so that I could hide some elements in the first case?

  Hi, I have a slight problem.

  I accidentally left checked the option 'don't ask me about this' in the dialog selection text-to-speech voices.

  Now whenever I do text-to-speech, it automatically selects the voice of Kate which I use at all.

  I'm looking for an option to activate this dialog selection voice again. So far without success.

  If you do not get the dialog box (don't know why you don't get it) you can open it yourself. Switch to the links tab (the tab is below the editing area in jdev). You find the action, you need to edit on the left side in the section "links". Select the link of action that you want to change (getEmployeesFindBySal in your case) and click on the pencil icon on the top right. This opens the dialog box you are looking for.

  I use Win 7 64 and recently all my files have begun to show read-only. Other responses on this forum, which suggests to change the read-only via the Properties dialog box, attrib command did not work. In addition, I created a new administrator account as suggested by another answer, but the problem persists on both accounts.

  Several programs will not work now that they can not write files in folders.

• Don't Flash CS6 no dialog box for importing Fireworks?

  In Flash CS6, when I try to import a Fireworks PNG I never see a dialog box asking if I want to import a flattened image or editable Fireworks PNG file. It is simply the PNG as a raster image. It doesn't seem to work like in the previous versions where you had the choice.

  The help documentation seems to indicate that you can always choose between flattened or editable. I'm doing something wrong?

  Just got a response from Adobe NL. Aparently they released this functionality as Flash in a 64-bit application now. The import code was 32-bit. The team didn't focus on this feature. Work is about to save the psd from Fireworks png and then import this psd into Flash. I tried and it works.

  Hello my fellow partners Mac!

  This seems to be a common problem, whenever we have a new version of Mac OS, but I can't, from my POV, find the right solution.

  Every two hours or when waking from sleep, a dialog box appears telling me to install a Java Development Kit. As I said, this has happened many times before when you Google, but I can't find someone who offers you a solution where you don't need to install the JDK. It seems that the only solution is to succumb to the demand of the dialog box.

  In my case (and this may vary, I'm not sure), it is the launchd process that requires it. But I can't go further than in my knowledge of the OS. I tried to delete all the files about kinds of Java and have looked everywhere for stuff that could trigger this, I deleted LauchDeamons, LaunchAgents, all related to Java I could remove in / System / * and (~)/Library/* etcetera, etcetera, but this dialog box keeps popping up, so something ask and I cannot understand what it is.)

  

  What I need, is not install Java. I don't like, and I think that it is an old and dangerous technology. I want to just get rid of it all once and for all (and if all goes well, without having to reinstall everything form scratch).

  Anyone can shed some light on this? It's the system itself that think I need this, or is there a way I can dig deeper to understand what triggers it?

  The operating system does not use Java in some way. You have installed software that only requires Java, but it must also be Java 6 legacy published by Apple (and abandoned) years.

  If you don't want to install Java, you must determine what software you have installed which requires Java and remove it. From what I've seen here, it's generally Adobe software that appears to have been poorly coded to only use the Apple of Java 6.
