Purchased subscription shows as a trial
I joined Adobe cc 9 with a full pack of applications... I can't open Photoshop and other applications. The display on the screen said that my 7 day trial took end. I already sent three emails about this problem, but received no response. What is going on?

You can try to cancel your subscription yourself, please follow steps shared below:

CC photography Plan - why Photoshop shows as a trial after update?
Hi, I'm currently paying for a Plan of photography (Lightroom and Photoshop). I've updated to the new 2015 CC and while both applications have been properly updated, Photoshop shows as a trial and asks me to buy it? Why is this? Thank you.

buy the full subscription, but still in trial version, tried the solutions provided online but I couldn't find option disable/disconnect option by clicking on help in the application manager... I even tried uninstalling the Creative Manager of cloud and applications, reinstall and re-sign-in but still can't find the option to click on...
It's not 'install' under 'find new applications' law yesterday before I paid for membership, I understand, the system needs time...
I have check the application manager and I saw the difference today, but the buttons under "installed apps" has not changed, the expiry date is always there!
and... I have to install everything in the evaluation mode! It drove me nuts to read online instructions on how to solve this problem, because I couldn't see the options that are supposed to be there that I followed the steps...

This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)
- In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.

Desperately need help... Please? Purchased the trial subscription shows
I signed up yesterday for a plan, and I'm trying to download Photoshop. My plan is in my account, so that was all fine, however when I go to the download section, it only gives me options to download the demo version or purchase a plan... I did! I'm logged into my account and I don't know how to get around this problem. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? I tried to understand this longer than I care to admit!

I saw your Adobe ID (email address) you used to post here and found you have a Creative Cloud student membership and the teacher is registered.
It takes 24 hours to take account of your purchase on the site, but this does not mean that you can not download applications, you can definitely download and start using your subscription.

Have been CC because it came out; now when I sign on Adobe indicates that I am trial with so many days left. No SN check reviews like that I usually get. My subscription turned to a trial? What gives?
I bought the package of photography Potoshop + Lightroom 16 days. Since then, I had a blast using it for both me and for the flyers. Today was like any other day until tonight. I left the CPU for a couple of hours watching TV, only to return, click the icon of the PS and find a message that says "you're trial has expired". In the morning we bought the program, I tried to download a trial version, but it's not like I had already had a trial the previous month. So, we decided to buy the program. I realize I could have answered my own question, but I would like to know what happened to my subscription and purchase $ 130, we did about two weeks ago? Thanks to anyone who can possibly help me with this.

Hi, very new to PS and signed for cloud creative to buy photoshop ($9.99 per month). I clicked 'buy' and once the installation has been completed he came as the trial version, free for 30 days. On my Mac, I have this thing for creative cloud above the office. I have a subscription to photograph CC for $9.99 / month. Supposed to come with PS CC and Lightroom. My Photoshop shows well into the creative cloud but my Lightroom says that I need to buy it. What gives?
I suspect you have the trial version of standalone Lightroom installed. You must uninstall it, and then I think you should be able to install the CC version.
