I recently bought a new BlackBerry Q10, I got a 9790 "BOLD" of BlackBerry OS 7 before that and I had backed it up in BlackBerry Desktop Software. I had no knowledge that BlackBerry 10 devices do not work with BlackBerry Desktop Software, so I sold my Bold 9790 and then bought a Q10. I need to retrieve all the data from my old 9790 "BOLD" to my Q10, but unfortunately does not work with BlackBerry Desktop Software Q10.
