  I don't understand it's very exasperating, I hit OK and the program still running but its totally screwed, I text is missing and white buttons are not working.   Thanks for the suggestions, I ended up reformatting my hard drive around and tried it again and now it worked! So I guess that something would installed previuosly.

  Edit: I found the solution to this problem. This is a problem with the antivirus you have. I had Zone Alarm Internet Suite, disabling or stopping, it is not enough, I uninstalled it and viola! It works again. The latest version works now!

• Laptop with Windows XP pro does not connect to the home network. Has been fine with the Linksys router. Updated Netgear router again and now will not work.

  I've registered to use hpeprint for a number of years and it has worked very well, although I don't use it very often. I had the opportunity to use it today and it doesn't seem to work.   Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

  I see that you have some problems with ePrint on your Officejet 4620 e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

  First, a code of request is a way for HP connected connect a printer to an account. It has no use outside. That said, if the printer does not appear in the devices on the connected HP, this means that we connect the printer again. To do:

  1. On the printer, click the web services button that looks like a tablet with a phone beside her.
  2. If you see an email address click settings, scroll to remove Web Services and press on this subject to be deleted. When finished, click the web services button again.
  3. Press Setup and Yes. The printer should print a new claim code.
  4. Enter the claim code in the place under the devices tab which requires the claim code.

  I was downloading MP4 fortunately making movies with MS Movie Maker then pvooop! MSMM no longer works.
  I just downloaded the WMM 2.6 and that crashes now in the same way.  WHY?
   
  When I try an import with the ASUS media and go to the folder that contains these files .mswmm files are not yet recognised by the Vista Movie Maker as being multimedia files, to see I choose all files. When I try to open them up to this moment there, I get the following error message:
   
  The file C:\Users\Don and Kim\Videos\Africa video Project\Drafts\Welcome Home\Clip 01_1\WH than Clip1.MSWMM cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to re-import the file.
   
  I tried to find the codecs but was put off by the fact that they were not genuine Microsoft and do not want to download something that will just make things worse.  Why should I have to download the risky codecs when I'm a real MS client?

  This happens to many people. Is there a bug in time in this SW?

  You try to read the MSWMM file?

  A .mswmm file is not a movie... it's a project file. If you double click the .mswmm file it can open Movie Maker, but unless you have imported all the sources files it will not be usable.

  Hi wskossack, I'm sorry to hear that you have problems with Firefox 36. I also regret that we have not been able to get this working for you yet.

  If what you really want is to uninstall Firefox we can do. Of course, I have to ask if you'd be willing to let my help allows you to get the most up to the working version of Firefox. But Firefox is all about the ability to customize. If you want we can install the latest version of Firefox and you can use it until the next version comes out or while we work to get 36 Firefox works for you.   The uninstall program removes all the data user such as history or bookmarks. To completely remove these data, you must manually delete the folder containing your Firefox user profile:

  Yes, confirm this answer of philipp is correct for this problem, the problem is the graphics card intel hd3000 with an old driver current, the easy way is to disable hardware acceleration,... to be honest... I think that workaround and lose all the benefits of hardware acceleration.
