  I have a BB Curve 9300. It is around the age of 7 months and am running OS 5. I got an update of the application for an application "economic climate". This is a news app and used it for a month. After the update, it asked for a reboot so I clicked restart now. It has been restarted normally, and then it got stuck on the Welcome screen (the white screen where it says just BlackBerry® as well as the blackberry logo). I tried to reboot again, but it gets stuck on the same screen. I don't know what to do. I rebooted it several times but whenever he is stuck on the Welcome screen. I tried all the options in advanced mode by clicking on F8 key-start in safe mode, starting with the command line, start in recovery mode, etc. and they all end with the same question.  I don't have a backup boot drive.  I need to recover important data on the computer and need to start the machine atleast once.  Still, I don't want to disassemble the drive hard, etc..

  Dang, I didn't read the title of this thread pretty closely.  For InDesign CC 2014, the link provided by Salah is correct.  To save you from reading through it all here what you need to do:

  (1.) be sure that you are actually connected to creative cloud of in InDesign.  See the Help menu and be sure to see you 'Sign Out (your ID Adobe here)'.  If on the contrary, it says "Sign In", and then select this menu item and connect properly.

  2.) now exit then restart InDesign.  At the bottom of the "New" tab, you should now see the option to disable the Welcome screen.

  Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

  You will need to install the Sata driver. On one of the installation screens is an option to install the drivers on the lower right side of the screen. Choose this option and put the disc Driver of Dell in. The driver, it seeks to install is the Intel Matrix Storage driver. If you need to download this driver and put it on a disc, you can click on the title below.

  Another way to complete the installation without the first installation of the driver is to change the bios setting to ATA. To do this, restart the system and press F2 to enter setup. Once there you can TAB down to the devices on board and press ENTER. Then tab down to SATA Operation. You see at the top of the screen on the right side the ATA and AHCI. Change that to the ATA. Save the changes and exit. Once the system reboots, you should be able to complete the installation. After installation and that you have loaded the drivers, you will need to go into bios and change the setting back to AHCI.
