• error 200141 on parallel angular measure

  I've been browsing the pages of discussion about this error, but so far the proposed resolutions have not worked.  I have included my highest level as well as the necessary Subvi VI in a zip folder.  On the schema of the structure BUSINESS here is "RELAXING" Mode  There are 2 ZIP files: 1 for the case which does not cause the error but 200141 poses problems of CPU load and the other that uses QUEUING but excites error 200141.

  A summary of this VI is that there are 2 meters read the angular position of 2 motors in parallel.  In conjunction with the tasks of meter is a READ DAQ which reads in 2 analog signals from 2 Motors indicating the amount of torque being applied.  A time meter & signals are read, they are treated by a regulator PID VI & the control signal is sent by a WRITE of data acquisition.  The counters, READ, & WRITE all tasks are synchronized by the sample to the WRITING task clock & resident in the same loop.  Unfortunately, WRITING on FILE & SIGNALS VI GRAPHICS place a heavy burden on the CPU that the rate of loop iteration is seriously hindered.  To reduce this burden, I added a parallel loop & employees QUEUING to show data & file.  It resulted in significant improvement of control performance.  However, 200141 intermittently error especially if the user makes changes in the PID tuning parameters.  This error not manifest on the VI that doesn't have the parallel loop with QUEUING.  I would like to use FILES but is unable to avoid this error, threatening!

  SUGGESTIONS?  Oh, by the way I use a USB 6229 DMA data acquisition is not an option & are of the highest level VI "Integrated servo control".  If you respond with any VI I use LabView 8.5.1

  Another possibility that I'm exploring but have never been implemented before, is that when error 200141 that the VI is not completed successfully. Therefore, the tasks may not actually STOP or CLEAR.  Is there a way to make sure that the tasks are DISABLED before execution of the loop & this could be a source of error 200141?

  The VI "without problem" as far as I know always completes successfully even if an intermittent DAQ error occurs.

• Active measure of calories during the bike ride

  I do a lot of road cycling and also use my Apple Watch to measure my fitness activity.

  I used the option open air training on rides Cycle and it seems good but drain the battery of the watch. I don't really it measure the speed and distance as my Garmin that does very well and is also linked to Strava, but I don't want the watch to measure my year, and the number of calories active.

  So, I tried cycling without starting a workout. The watch is a precise measure of the amount of time work, I exercised, but the number of calories burned seem much less than if I used a training to measure the same route.

  The question is, which is more accurate? A workout outdoor Cycle or while leaving the watch to do its own thing? I suspect the former. This then begs the question, how shows measure of calories burned.

  The external Cycle estimate is more accurate.

  When recording a workout outdoor Cycle, Apple Watch esteem Active Energy (calories / kilojoules) using a calculation that is suitable for this type of activity. Apple has not released details of the calculation method.

  I'm going crazy with a calculated measure in OLAP Analytic Workspace Manager, which is defined as an Expression of the following OLAP syntax:

  NVL (CUBE. MEASURE1 [DIM1 = 'A'], 0) + NVL (CUBE. Date2 [DIM2 = 'B'], 0)

  Where:

  CUBE. MEASURE1 and CUBE. Date2 are not calculated measures, they are stored measures.

  Dim1 and DIM2 are the edges of the CUBE, A and B values both exist in their dimensions.

  In most of my questions, the calculated measure retrieves the correct results, when two members of the sum gets the data. But I have other cases, the calculated measure retrieves null!

  In these cases, the calculated measure retrieves null when the CUBE. Date2 [DIM2 = 'B'] retrieves NO results. But I think that if none of the two expressions QDR retrieves no results, NVL function will be replaced by 0.

  I read about this, situations where the QDR expressions get no result, by default, it throws and error and non-null o NA value. I found that there are 2 options of ORACLE DML that can manage this type of situation:

  If this expression does not work in a single formula, set rather measures 3 Meas1/2/3...

  (I generally prefer many formulas compared with olap dml program option in the mix...-online program looping on several other dimensions values is sometimes tricky to control/understand.)

  Meas1 = IF (CUBE_MEASURE1 (DIM1 'A')) NAFLAG EQ 0 THEN CUBE_MEASURE1 (DIM1 'A') ELSE 0

  and

  I use an encoder incremental quadrature.

  I ran the position.vi of angular measure in the examples to find > measure angular position.vi

  However, I always get the angle between within 360 degrees.

  How to obtain the more than 360 degrees (i.e. If the tree goes more than a tour)? I don't want to see after 360 degrees, then it return to 0 degrees. 1 degree etc.

  Can someone change the position.vi of angular measure to accommodate the jumps from 360 to 0?

  You have the encoder in front of you?  Give it a try.  Spend some time to learn about the counters and encoders.

Great way to try to resolve in uninstalling and then downloading it again from the App store. If this did not fix the app, you can try to make sure you have a good and stable internet connection. • Why is an Addon without a button "delete" allowed?

  By mistake, I added an extension adware in my Firefox (ver. 32.0.3). It doesn't have a button 'delete '. I followed the instructions on how to remove it and it's over now. BUT, why in the world would any addon to Mozilla without a button being "delete"?

• HP ENVY 15 USB failed t

  I have a laptop HP Envy 15 old two week running Windows 8.1. Today I plugged my mobile phone to the laptop to sync my music and the phone was NOT recognized as a device. Then my keyboard and mouse logitech immediately stopped working. They work via a mini usb bluetooth key. I tried to restart and it does not solve the problem. I checked Device Manager and some usb devices showed yellow. They have been

  -Intel 8 series / C220 Series USB EHCI #1 26 8
  -Intel 8 Series / series C220 EHCI USB 2 # 8C2D
  -USB Root Hub (xHCI)

  I rebooted in diagnosis and tested every USB port and it says that the USB ports were very good. Restarted again, and still nothing worked. I followed the steps to uninstall the devices, then restart, and nothing happened except that now the bad devices are listed as "Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller" and "unknown device". I tried to reinstall the driver, nothing helps. HP and Intel sites do not have a driver for Windows 8.1 package that works. HP Intel Chipset Installation utility installs properly - "an unknown error has occurred. The Setup will exit.
  
  I checked the event logs, and they had a few events on the device "pointer". 'A pointer device has reported a bad logical range angular', 'a pointer device has reported a bad physical angular range' and 'a pointer device did not report a valid unit of angular measure.
  
  At this point, ports allow to well, but still will not connect whatever it is connected to them. Is it just a simple failure or is there something I can do to get this working without having to send the laptop back?

  Yep, it's a bad mother and HP it replaced under warranty.

  Just use the arrow as a generic object.  Place a fiduciary are in it and find the relationship between the arrow and the alignment.  I edited your photos to place a hole in the top of the arrow.  The VI concludes the arrow like a bright star.  It uses the bounding box as the search box to find the hole.  The center of the arrow and the center of the hole form a line pointing in the same direction as the arrow.  The VI and sample images are attached.

  I am currently working on a project where we have measuring stations various sending data to a central computer for analysis. We decided to move to SQL server as our main permanent storage.

  The question is this: measuring stations maintain a constant connection to the database or must they connect/disconnect if necessary?

  Keep the connection open saving on connection time ~ 300ms and possible multiple consecutive db access, this could become a problem. Also, if I keep the connection open I have no way of knowing when the station loses connection with the DB until I'm actually trying to interact with it.

  So to keep the connection open with the likely logic above to establish if the station is connected and reconnect if necessary or can I just simply open and close the connection, to the need, which would avoid the tests, but incur a time penalty ~ 300ms on each DB operation?

  When sending data every 23 seconds I would keep the open DB connection. As you say, you may need to do the error handling when the writing task fails due to an interruption of DB connection.

• How to locate the index z (physical) encoder

  I'm trying to locate the Z Index of a rotary encoder. I need the counter to zero at each time 0 reached the encoder shaft this same point.

  You can set a Z index position which will reset the counter to 0 whenever it passes through this station.  The meter will always be preloaded with values (0, unless you change it) when you start the meter, and you go to the Z index position first of all to establish the reference position before anything else.  The angular 'Measure of Position' example shows how to set the initial counter value and activate the Z index.

  I have a 'big' 6 devices communicating measurement system via the TCP protocol. The system is designed to use REST (the representative State transfer) with JSON (JavaScript object notation).

  Now, I need to add labview program to this environment. I've implemented a solution to 'work' with the help of this forum. Thank you for this! Now, I need to do better (currently no timestamps, large delays, etc.).

  I currently have a web service deployed using http-get as input. My web service .vi is just passing the web entrance to shared variables that are then questioned in real measurement program. Reason is that when I put the measurement program directly to the web service, it does not (something about rights and dependencies). Measurement program includes one third of the owners (Instron) drivers. Also I would not direct access via the network to our mechanical testing device potentially dangerous.

  Now, I want to change the message from the web services .vi commensurate .vi. Currently I have a loop of 10ms to query for changes in the shared variable. Is there a better way to do this? I thought create a listener to the shared variable change events.

  In addition, if you have any ideas (preferably, working code example) how to make the interface between labview and TCP-JSON I would really appreciate it.

  Currently in LabVIEW, the only way to create an event listener or event NSV is to use the DSC toolkit.  Most of the time the DSC is a very expensive tool that simply encapsulates the functionality that is built into the motor of the PSP and OAS and which is accessible to anyone who can program in LabWindows/CVI.

  If you want to collaborate, I would like to create a small library of LV that would create a base SV events using a vi LV reminder or possibly passing return user LV event which is how works the DSC toolkit.  I asked OR several times to explain how do this and they're very tight discreet about it.  I guess that they do not want to give users LV less reason to buy the DSC.

  Hi all, I have a question regarding the measurement of acceleration. I have an idea how to do it, but it does not work for me.first of acceleration is all (V1 - V0) / hour. So what I do is the following: I a deal structure and every two seconds, it jumps to true. When this happens, the value of the frequency (from a generator of squares) is transferred to a shift register. After two seconds the case becomes true again and again, this value is read. then these two values should follow the formula I gave. but I can't find a way to 'save' this second value.

• Media Player 11 install new music Import does not recognize the album - only songs?

  I recently had my laptop reimagee (XP Pro). I copied the MyMusic folder under my documents. Then installed WMP 11 and he started upward. It has imported all the songs, but nothing appears in the views of the artist or Album except a unknown album with all the songs.

  I got so far without resolving the question of the measures:

  • Removed the program using Add/Remove, then reinstalled WMP 11
  • Delete the database files in %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player and restarted WMP11. Same happes: songs are added, but not the album or artist information

  What now? iTunes has been installed properly recognized all albums/artists (just saying...), but prefer OMP

  smawsky, have you tried to reset the library with the instructions I mentioned in one of my previous answers? Attention to my note on the WMP network sharing Service.

  If you copy a few of these tracks from the disc in the folder external HARD music in My Documents, WMP reads the tags of the files copied? And what about the sample music files which are added to the default library?
