  We have added an Apache in front of IOM in order to simplify adding several IOM instances further down the line (intention to do this on a later date). Let for simplicity say that this apache was placed in front of IOM with the IP 10.0.0.1(:80)

  However, I'm having some problems with some parts of the IOM, as some links takes me to the "localhost:14000" instead of the 10.0.0.1 'expected '.

  For example, it happens here:

  1. Connection with the user authenticated to http://10.0.0.1/sysadmin/
  2. ((Rendering fine dashboard))
  3. Clicking for example "upgrade user screen" renders the view correctly
  4. Clicking on one of the 'pop up' - basic functions like for example scheduled tasks takes me to http://localhost:14000 rather than wait for her http://10.0.0.1/oim/whatever/the/url/is

  Is there somewhere in some configurations that it must be set up that I missed? Or a place that I can remove the configuration of "Hard IP based" - which is obviously the best thing, as at the time, might be sensitive to context, instead of being dependent on the IP: port combination.

  It wasn't a problem with the configuration of the IOM after all. It turned out to be my own apache configuration which left some important which I forgot when the proxy configuration for our isntances IOM. We obvisously must add the following configuration in order to make things work correctly:

The reason I need it is that a number of users have reported the "Web Security Module" within Cisco Anyconnect is the transmission by proxy on the wrong country. For example, UK users in a law firm are transferred by proxy through the France where Office B is not.

  I suspect you are using ' AnyConnects more close round sensing function to allow AnyConnect WSM (Web Security Module) to send traffic to the tower which will give you the best performance based on factors such as network latency and the best way to name a few.

  A common reason that this logic can happen would be due to the binding of the ISP itself and latency plaguing the path to a single round vs the other. If there is latency in the UK tour, but not for the tour de France, AnyConnect will come the turn of France to provide you with the best service.

  You can verify this behavior specifically by running a traceroute to the towers in question and comparing the latency time. In addition, a DART bundle running in verbose mode will produce a detailed output of the stats that anyconnect used in this instance to choose the best tour.   anything you type in the uri of the endpoint of entry will be the contextroot to your service, so /SomeService should indeed be sufficient or as mentioned Pierluigi/SomeService/blabla is also valid (Betty is not a parameter query, but only a part of the contextroot)

• Question about VCS 7.1 Media flow-thru

  We currently have a way to call that looks like this:

  Endpoint (SIP and H323) > VCS control > VCS - E (SIP and H323) neighbouring area > firewall > neighbouring area to the CUBE (NOT only).

  When the VCS-E they interact SIP to H323 he directed media flow-thru allowing traffic through the firewall because it proxies all media and signaling.  However, if the call all the way SIP, it will proxy the call signaling but not the media.  Right now, we have it working, but we need to convert SIP H323 calls then back to SIP for it to work.

  Is there a way to force the VCS-E to proxy all media to the CUBE, rather than some media of interoperability calls?  I know it's usually what a crossing area is for, but AFAIK that does not work when you use CUBE to VCS-E.

  VCS - E has obviously the hardware capacity and processing to do this (because he now works via workarounds) so I hope that there is a way I can do a little more cleanly.

  to use it, and a hack so save licenses is often not the best starting point.

  You can configure the routing of locking media which will link the media to the vcs-e.

  (this may not work with all types of areas, at least all the profiles of the area, but at least it does with custom)

  You can do a factory reset after you be logged in as root, however, he will wipe away everything, including details of intellectual property.

  Your best option is to contact TAC, explain what you want to do and what has kept the data you need and ask them to arrange a re-flash to the system via USB key. (In your case, it seems that you can simply remove the key from the commissioning, however, you should also check that the details of external management have been erased.)

  Edit: See your last post it looks a lot like a factory reset is in order, it will recreate the image on the system and clean the database as well, but like I said above, contact TAC for a re-USB flash file.

  Each call and the end point that enter or exit the VCs will have 1 license appeal.  What determines the type of license, either Non-traversal or crossing is less (confirmed by the help guide).

  Calls of traversal VCS: VCS standard video or audio calls, including business-to-business calls, B2BUA calls (for encryption of the media or ice) and interoperability or sent through gateway calls to third-party solutions where the VCS as well takes the call signaling and media of the call. Each call consumes a license of traversal appeal.

  VCS non-traversal calls: here's the VCS standard video or audio calls where the traffic goes through VCS, but the media passes directly between the endpoints, or between an endpoint and another system in the direction of the call.   It depends on the interface how you have connected on the highway. So if you have two connected interfaces then the internal one is configured with a private address, and that you would use on the control to send traffic to. But to your question, I assume you have a connected only interface so you can use the public ip address for sent traffic of venture capital control.

• Yes, another question regarding the freezing of Safari - EtreCheck report included

  Yes, another question regarding the freezing of Safari.

  From a little over a month (I think), Safari started freezing regularly whenever I want to open new tabs or switch between tabs. I found myself to leave the program several times per day / hour. I can't identify any specific common cause (other than my MacBook being old) or any new software or updates that might have initiated the question. At first I thought he might have many tabs, I tried to open, but recently it happens even with only a few tabs open.

  I worked through the steps I found in this forum and others: empty the cache, start in safe mode, etc nothing works.

  Based on the previous suggestions, I have downloaded and run EntreReport which I included below. The note and maybe just a distraction, but EntreReport has crashed three times tonight, before he was able to produce the sub report. I ran the report after restarting my system with no other programs running.

  Suggestions are welcome at this stage because I want to start using Chrome or Firefox because I like the transfer procedure between my devices.

  Question for the geniuses of pictures only.

  You see, I started with iPhoto and later began to use Aperture.  With iPhoto and Aperture, you can have ALL the metadata below the thumbnails, (nice).  Well, I put all my images descriptions in the keywords section because it didn't really matter, because these programs could show them as thumbnails.

  Now, I use this wonderful program of Photos and I found out that it will ONLY show the title of"the image in the thumbnails.  I've got on 30 000 images with keywords but no title.  I want to move / copy the text in the keywords section in the section of the title. I'm not a computer scientist, I guess that my skills are in average.  But I can follow directions.

  Suggestions appreciated.
