  I guess that the torch from which you changed was running OS 6.  Your new phone is running OS 7.  Just like when Windows comes out with a new version for PC, software developers scramble to get their applications compatible with the new version.  7 OS on phones BlackBerry is very different than the OS 6 for developers must update for her, too.  Apparently, some have not as of yet.  The only thing you can do is to write to each individually and inquire about the timetable for the release of their updated versions.

  I tried to search Toshiba A665-14R drivers but drivers are not available for Windows 10, if I'm looking for the section Drivers on the toshiba Web site and select my computer model A665-14R then no driver rises, I think toshiba assuming that A665-14R cannot install Windows 10 rather I have 8 GB of RAM & CPU Intel i7 with a 3D graphics card!   This model is quite old and has been supported for Win7. I can just say... no luck. A lot of older machines may well work with newer operating systems, but they are not officially supported.

  What should do? Try to check if the drivers, tools and utilities for a newer machine with similar hardware can be used on your laptop Satellite A.

  I had the similar problem in the past with Vista and no supported Win7.
