Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.

You should always uninstall programs. Before that, however, you must disable by opening one of the applications in each different Suite and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

You cannot download files, but you can download several files at the same time. There is "drag and drop" upload and there is also the download action you can get from the blue action button. You can create folders before or after you download the files; and move files and folders as needed.
If you use IE9 or earlier you can not download mutiple files at once. It was design by Microsoft, but multiple file upload is allowed in IE10, IE11.
You can also register sycing file of this page http://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/file-and-typekit-font-sync-rolling-out/. Once admitted, you will be able to synchronize files and folders on your computer.

After awakening from the sleep of my MAC, CC could not synchronize anything, saying: there were errors with some files. He also said that he had no internet connection, even if I could open a browser and search on the Internet and receive emails.

My office creative cloud suddenly IMPOSSIBLE to synchronize files
My desktop creative cloud application has suddenly STOPPED synchronize our files.
He always gives us a window with no option of viwieng the file now to synchronize. It's just a gray window.

Since the last update of creative cloud, I can't get my files to synchronize. I click the Start Sync button and 2 seconds later, a notification appears saying "sync error" without explanation or solution.
I am running Windows 8.1 on my desktop and laptop. Both have the problem. Laptop win 10 overview and my sync files without problem.
I can't uninstall the CC because he says that it is required by the other Adobe programs. I downloaded the latest version and reinstalled on itself without change.
I do not know what is the error or how to fix it... nothing, I tried comes up with an answer...

Creative cloud stupid attempt to synchronize files that no longer exist
I get a sync error failed boring on creative cloud (v. 2.1.1.110). It fails to synchronize 5 files that weren't supposed to be synchronized in the first place, because they are all old files that no longer exist. I mean, I consciously deleted these files of creative cloud long ago. They are not on my Mac. They aren't on the Web Creative cloud site (no not even as archived). The application tries to synchronize them anyway - which invites the error.
I tried to delete the folder 'Creative Cloud Files' from my Mac and Creative cloud restaurant just to make sure that these files 5 ghosts were not on my Mac. As I predicted, the app tried to synchronize 5 more I was actually on the cloud during the restoration. In my view, that proved enough that he the ghost files on Adobe servers.
I have an email from the Adobe Support that solved the problem:
Hi Bruno.We pushed an update Sunday (V 2.1.1.110), which should solve the problem. If this isn't the case, please try to delete the db files, follow these steps:(1) quit Creative Cloud Desktop App and then the process CoreSync and Office Service from Adobe using the activity monitor (Mac) or the (Win) Task Manager2) go to:

Try to delete the contents of the CoreSync folder to the title of the user library.
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)~/Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and locate the folder CoreSync and trash as all the files inside.
Then launch Adobe Creative Cloud application and check.

Every day, when I open my computer as soon as creative cloud app opens, I get this error message that my assets / files synchronization failed.
It's funny because I don't remember having any. in any case, as soon as I click on the learn more link, I get a message that everything is good.

Cannot start the Creative Cloud sync on Mac OSX
Hello
I am unable to start Creative Cloud synchronization of file under Mac OSX 10.9.3. By clicking on 'Start Sync' in the screenshot below causes the creative dialog box clouds white Flash and then the page "Start syncing" appears again.
By clicking on the new button and it seems a whir in life (see below), but after some time looks like it times out and goes back to the screen "Start Sync". I restarted the creative cloud app, the relaunch finder, changed the target synchronization and rebooted the computer location. Still the same problem.
I hope someone can help. I bought an add on for Lightroom and you want to use the feature to synchronize to install - as well as the activation of file synchronization.

Adobe Creative Cloud apps crash when opening files in El Capitan
I've upgraded to Mac OS 10.11.3 El Capitan. My old Adobe suite CS5 was already summary in the older operating system so I've upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Illustrator crashes when saving an image that is 'save for web' (Image open/save for web/change to save for web window / click on 'save' / crash). Photoshop crashes when you try to open the document (open Photoshop/Open - either from 'Open' in the home screen or "open" in menu bar/folder window open / click on the folder or file/crash ""). Acrobat opens but crashes after clicking on 'Open', has to be force quit. Dreamweaver does not open. InDesign crashes at unpredictable points of key strokes at first. I have not tried all the applications, but the entire suite CC is unusable. I'm many threads and problems with Apple and Adobe, but can't find the answer.
That has not helped Bani but thanks for the suggestion. I went on the Chat with Adobe support and up to now have dates back to an apple problem, not Adobe. That the problem does not recur when we open a new user account and allows to open programs. Now I will try to fix my user account and I'll follow up with the results.
