  Try restarting your watch force: hold down the side button and the digital Crown for about 10 seconds, until you see the logo.

  If this does not help, then try to charge your watch for about 2 hours, making sure that you follow the instructions from here:

  After this period, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:

  • Try restarting it (by pressing the side button until you see the Apple logo).

Creating click options, by scanning left and forehand would suit your username.

  iCloud is a synchronization system, not a storage system. If you delete photos/videos on your iPad, they are removed to iCloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage.

  iOS and iTunes are two completely different things. It could be that your computer is not capable of running the version of iTunes need iOS en 9. Have you tried simply OTA update?

  No, it isn't. The iPad Mini will support iOS 9.2.1 and if you try to update, then you can update to the latest iOS only.

  I have an iPad 2 air in perfect condition, since it first came out. I have the cell phone/Wifi version with Verizon. My problem has been lately, when connected to wifi, the wifi shuts on the iPad many times when using, and more so at rest.

  Did somebody encounter this problem since upgrading to iOS 10 It is the only variable that has changed, I'm still using the same networks that I have always used for Wifi.

  Follow these steps to find and correct the problem:

  1. you must check your Wi - Fi router: check if other devices can be connected. This will let you know if there is a problem with your Wi - Fi router. You can restart your router and restart the connection to WiFi.

  2. make sure that Wi - Fi on and you can see your network

  3. go to settings on your iPhone > Wi - Fi and check if it is enabled. And if there is a blue check mark next to a network name means that your iPhone or iPad was connected to this network.

  4 restart your iPhone/iPad, router, cable/DSL mode

  5. If this does not help, reset your network. On your iPhone, iPad, got to settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will reset Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell parameters and VPN, and APN settings you used before.

  These measures should help.

  Hello, we would ready on ipad for users of our library, but don't want any possibility of left of the data personal on the device after each use.  It's easy to do on devices with Deep Freeze MAC or Windows, but I can't find all the solutions for iOS devices.

  We cannot be the only ones who need this feature.  Anyone have a recommendation that does NOT involve using the Configurator by Apple to put the devices after each use.  I know it's an option, but it is not easy for our library staff to perform this operation after each use.

  We use AirWatch as an MDM, but even their 'Multi-user' mode is heavier than what we are looking for.

  As far as I know, there isn't a similar mode, but you can make workarounds. First, make sure that it does not save anything in the browser. You can disable cookies and recording passwords and others. Private browsing would also achieve in theory, but I don't know of a way to limit the browser to not use.

  I have updated my Air 2 day before iPad and from my iPad slow, battery down faster and worst of all I get this warning on the screen, (impossible to activate touch id on ipad) try to reset and add the new fingerprint, but it does not at all. It's the product of 2 years and this bad with the new iOS n slow down in case of failure.

  Apple says it's best iOS, for me the worst until this iOS...

  I see that you post today because you are having a problem getting ID of contact set up on your iPad 2 Air. I also see that you encounter some problems related to the slow-running and your battery drains faster that you expect. I would like to help with these issues.

  To solve the problem you're having with Touch ID, I would recommend following the steps listed here:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
  2. Make sure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry. 1 for Home button, use a clean, lint cloth to wipe off any dirt or debris.
  3. Your finger should completely cover the Home button, touch the surrounding metal ring. Contact ID is scanning, you should not type too fast or move your finger.
  4. If you use a case or a protective screen, make sure that it does not cover the Home button or the surrounding ring.
  5. Go to settings > Touch ID & password and make sure the Unlock iPhone or iTunes and App Store is on and that you have entered one or more fingerprints.
  6. Try to register another finger.
  7. If you cannot register your finger, take your camera to a store Apple Store or Apple authorized service provideror Contact the Apple Support.
