So I tried to change my account email address as suggested (so that I can then create a new UK account associated with my email) but when I type a different e-mail address as 'Account settings' I just get a message saying: "your account of evolution could not be saved.

  I tried to do this several times in the past 24 hours in case there was a small problem, but I still having the same problem.

  I also tried to cancel my Australian account so that I can start a new of the United Kingdom one but I can't find any way to cancel it and I take it from the instance that it is a common problem. If any staff there is able to cancel my Australian account, it would be great.

  6. click on "run as Administrator".
  7. type the following commands and press ENTER after each:
