  I need help to UNINSTALL updates failed and cancelled .i have 172 has not updated and cancelled updates 49 .i have tried to go to the updates installed, but they appear not here I have tried to uninstall from the updates page, but I'm only given two options copy and something else , this is not to delete but then, how can I remove updates failed and cancelled so I can reinstall them.

  Hello, I installed Ubuntu on a section of 30 GB of the drive 'C '. After you have uninstalled Ubuntu the 30Gbs have not been restored to the player leaving me 30Gbs short and I can't find a way to get back them. I assumed that space would be, should be automatically reinstated on the uninstallation of Ubuntu, but they were not. A clean install of windows and restoring the factory settings also failed (I use Acer recovery). Any assistance or solutions to restore the Gbs missing would be appreciated.

• Impossible to update to Windows 8. 1 * and * uninstall KB2871389 fails. I'm stuck.

  Like others, I suffer from problem when updating Windows 8.1 refuses because he thinks I don't have admin rights. It seems that a majority of these cases are fixed by uninstalling Microsoft Update KB2871389 and then re - install.

  However, when I try to do it on my laptop, the uninstall process restarts the machine and restarted, continues the uninstall process until the progress reached 67%, after which I am treated for 'Default configuration Windows Updates' and 'change back '.

  I've tried about 5 - 6 times. Always the same result. Trying to install just the downloaded KB2871389 Installer fails because the installer says that the update is already installed. So, at this point, I figure that I have 3 options:

  2. Understand what causes the uninstall fails (what newspapers I look? I'm looking for?)
  3. Uninstall the update by hand with a tool command line or in a kind of fashion without failure or something.

  Someone has any advice on how to achieve an any of these (or have a 4th option)?

  You use a third-party virus protection software?  McAfee, Norton, etc... -Uninstall this software.  Windows 8 comes with pre-installed Windows Defender.  Use the tool to delete this list.

• Update failed, uninstall, install failed, repair disk Util, Reinstall, sill failed

  I read other update of chess and want you to know I tried several times to update then uninstalled, then tried to install it several times. Whenever it has failed. OSX Yosemite 10.10.3. I advanced and did a repair disk using the OSX disk utility and a few minor problems have been fixed. I have advanced and captured 2 logs errors and placing me below. Can you tell me what is happening and how to fix it? It seems that there is openness of problem or access to a help file.

  The error is returned by app installer from Apple OS X uses to extract and install the .pkg package files.  I'm not too familiar with the inner workings of the application of the program installation, and after some searching found a user on the Apple Discussion site with a similar error, when trying to install iTunes. This user has managed to install iTunes after the safe boot mode.  When booting in SafeMode Apple prevents some startup items and other third party charging software and performs a check to start the drive.  This could allow the utility to install extract and install the software successfully, therefore, I recommend trying this approach.  It may or may not work.

  Please read the complete instructions for use and/or print them before continuing.

  1. Download and save the installation program offline posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page in the section "problems".
  2. Disconnect all wired devices that are not essential to the functioning of your computer.
  3. Restart your computer in safe mode, see OS X Yosemite: start in safe modeand log on to the user account with the problem.
     • Start in safe mode will take more time as normal and things look/will not work the same when connected (by graphic example may seem different, wireless/network may not work, etc.).
  4. Proceed with the installation of Flash Player using the installer downloaded in step 1 offline.

  If Flash Player is installed when it is started in safe mode restart as usual (on the same account used in step 3) and ensure that it works in normal mode.

  • Once connected, launch the browser and go to the help page at step 1.
  • Click on the "Check now" button  The widget will display which version of Flash Player is installed.

  If it works, you'll want to determine which startup program or a third-party software interferes with the installation utility so that you can properly install other programs in the future.

  If you get the different, or even the application setup error when you try to install in safe mode, I recommend you contact Apple for assistance that the error comes from their utility application.

  Can I uninstall App and endpoint on this host but no data security.  I had a fight with Server2 uninstall App but I managed to uninstall all components of three in the end, but I sturggling with Server1 I could just decided to rebuild.
