• html layout sensitive 5: search results

  Hi all

  I have a few questions on the search results page in sensitive HTML5 layout.

  If you do research in sensitive html5 layout, you get the title of the topic as a clickable link. And get you underneath the path of htm on the subject. The next line is the first line of the heading.

  

  Does anyone know how to change it so that I'm not Thatcher the htm path in my search results. After the first clickable link, I would get either just the first line, or if this is possible at all, the first two lines.

  As is - that someone knows where you specify the default settings for the search options?

  

  We use robohelp 11 If this could be significant to this issue.

  Before you begin, if you're on RH11.0.3, make sure you have the following fix: issues in RoboHelp 11.0.3

  This fix is needed, otherwise you will not be able to open the .slp pages.

  Remove the URL of Theme1:

  1. Open Topic.slp.
  2. Switch to HTML view.
  3. Delete the code: (default line 295).

  With respect to the duration of the preview, I'm not sure it can be changed.

  Default settings:

  • Highlight search results:
    1. Open Topic.slp.
    2. Switch to HTML view.
    3. To find
    4. The value for the attribute checked. You can choose between true (enabled) or false (disabled).
  • All search words:
    1. Open Topic.slp.
    2. Switch to HTML view.
    3. To find
    4. The value for the attribute checked. You can choose between true (enabled) or false (disabled).
  • Number of search results: no matter what you choose in the layout editor, you get just back to the default of generation. To resolve this problem, I think that you need to change the output file. In the output, find searchResCount and change the options available.

  I want to remove some items from the menu bar of my HTML from Microsoft (main layout). More precisely the elements Print, Options, and Web Site .

  Click on view > pods > implementation of the project.

  Expand the Windows folder

  Double-click the window for your CHM window definition.

  Clear the options.

• 8 of RoboHelp HTML - layout VERY basic and naming issue.

  OK, I'm sure this must be obvious to everyone because I can't seem to find in the places I tried. My personal experience with the help files is not help (Yes, I know, pun intended).

  I create a RoboHelp HTML to a PDF file.

  When importing the file, I give myself the opportunity to create a new topic based on a style. Great so far. After doing experimental and looked at the exit that I am of the feeling that "something" is "an HTML document that, in theory, covers an area of interest, that's why the subject of the phrase.

  Then I opened the help file for IE I see the content as "Find the Pages Web You Want" and «Browsing the Web Offline» None of them can be selected to display information in the right pane, but open both to show what I will call "subtopics", which each opens what appears to be an html document in the right pane.

  Adobe Help files are a little easier to deal with, just navigate to the folder for help and there are all of the HTML files.

  So, I'm confused, and I have a major mental block which makes it difficult to act without getting a hierarchy/layout. And if this information is available in Robohelp or place help me smack in line, right to the back of the head and point me in the right direction because I'm not.

  Internet Explorer help, what should I call the links in the left pane, where I can click to bring up a page in the right pane? What I call the elements that I can stress that, when clicked, display list clickable links? And it is true that if I ask RoboHelp to create a topic out of each of a given style, then I'll have a separate HTML document for each instance of this style?

  Hi there and welcome to the wonderful world of wild and wacky to help creation!

  The area on the left side is generally called a "Navigation pane". The Navigation pane usually has different points of view. Table of contents (TOC), Index, glossary, and of course, research.

  Table of contents contains a metaphor books and Pages. Each book contains Pages inside. Each Page includes links directly to a file HTML (Topic).

  Indeed, if you are suck content PDF, RoboHelp is told what the criteria is to divide the long PDF document in individual HTML topic pages.

• html layout crumbs sensitive 5 /.

  Hello

  In our older publishing way, robohelp has generated any bread crumbs for us. Is this also possible in the sensitive HTML5 layout.

  We use RH11 if that matters for this question.

  There is no option in the SSL. But you can do this by adding a placeholder of breadcrumb in the header of your master page.

• RoboHelp crashes when I try to change a sensitive 5 html layout page

  If I right click on one of the pages screen layout in the section of provisions of area form of project configuration that RoboHelp breaks down.  If I create a new, the Editor opens, but RoboHelp crashes whenever I try to change it. I can manually change the slp files in a text editor, but it's not particularly easy!

  I have 11.0.3.268 of RoboHelp.  I tried to create a completely new project, and the same thing happens.  I work locally on my desk, publication on a server.  I've added yet not any control of the project's source code.

  Any suggestions would be welcome.

  It is a known problem of regression in RoboHelp 11.0.3. The only solution for now is to open the SLP files with Notepad or another editor.

  You can report a problem to: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform&product=38 if Adobe is already aware of this problem, this form gives them an estimate of how many people use this feature. And more people report it, it is more likely to be fixed quickly.

  Trial of DW, I downloaded, but I can't even first Base.  I downloaded the files to get started. When I opened Dreamweaver menu panel at the top is empty when commissioning illustration show a tab page HTML layout.  How can I start even this test without this tab?

  I designed a reagent html email in Dreamweaver and tested in different browsers, iPhone, iPad etc. It looks great and I'm happy. But now I want to send it but can't! OM my mac I open the e-mail-html-page in Safari and select "send as e-mail". It opens the html email in a new email, and everything is on a line to the left. It looks like this:

  I have on my PC, in Outlook, create a new mail and import html pages and here everything is also to the left (but not all of the letters as on my mac". It looks NOT like when I tested it in different browsers.

  I also tried to send the sensitive default html email template in Dreamweaver (without changing anything in it), but it also lined up left by the post.

  So, now, when I created an email reagent butiful in dreamweaver. How to send?

  Make an HTML email is not the same as doing a Web page. Remove or ignore certain code (like most many email clientsthe elements and embedded CSS). You may have created a nice page that works correctly across the browser, but will never properly work at several mail clients. It depends on your code.

  Some things that can help you...

  1. use provisions of base tables. I know, it sounds bad, but put in simple nested table based much more systematically appear cross-client in html emails
  2. use simple inline css if you cannot use an html attribute to do the same. Nothing should be in theof the page, it gets deleted by several email clients. A lot of css attributes does not work, so if there is an equivalent html element, we it rather
  3. a lot of text html, few images. Most e-mail clients are set to block images by default. If your email is image heavy, you can not reach everyone with something other than a message "for security reasons, the images were downloaded not."
  4. do not send yourself if you have a large list, you will get your email blacklisted as a spammer. Use an email like constantcontact.com and icontact.com service if you have a list of more than maybe 100-200 addresses

  There are other items that need to be addressed, but who are the biggest. Electronic messaging services have you can use models that have been tested and refined for better results across a broad band of email clients. Until you have the 'tutorials' of html emails down, it may be preferable to use the available templates prior to the layout yourself.

• Broken HTML in the Blackberry10 Simulator.

  Hello. I am writing an app for BB10. It will only be used with Q10 and Z10 devices, so I only use the methods available for BB10 API in WebWorks.

  I write HTML today and the layout looks good in the ripple. But when I run an app in BB10 Simulator with VMWare Player my layout HTML seems broken. So here are my questions:

  1. why the HTML layout is broken in Simulator when in ripple, all seems well?

  2 put in my application page will look too broken on Q10 and Z10 devices?

  I recently migrated to Zen Cart to Business Catalyst. I downloaded a bootstrap model 3 of bcgurus catalyst for Bootstrap 3 model business and went to the city. I love it but my shopping catalogue does not bend to my will.

  I have problems with the flexibility of the catalog and product list layout. The General layout is just static and won't break any down. The small individual product presentation divs overlap. I searched for hours and I've tried everything I can find to throw at it, but it will not only act as I want that.

  Here's what I want.

  I need to regroup my products so that they appear in several catalogs while retaining the ability to separate them easily. I know how to group items, it's all good.

  1. (a) if I move an item to a group of eye makeup, it disappears from the other group, that is.
  2. (b) specifically I am having a problem with the small compact and being unable to reproduce the colors on my pages. I tried to use my "custom" option, but it doesn't seem to work.

  The small and blush, bronzers are all the same size (small). Blush/bronzer has 5 points only, but I can't seem to the be displayed simultaneously in the two catalogues. It is one or the other... or I get a page full of small compact.

  * I would normally simply edit a HTML layout and be done, but the model varies according to the instructions I got now that the project is completed.

  , 2nd edition: We have customers, but it seems that the system will update the clients themselves, but it will not show a figure. Everyone says zero. I can handle HTML well enough, but I think I need help, rather than risk a stupid mistake.

  I have been informed that bug fixes are chargeable, so I'll try to do it myself because the project is already in the budget and over time.

  Could you explain the problem with the controls?

  You cannot group items in several groups to see you, is not possible. You would have to do more similar products in the different groups.

• Edit Dreamweaver question

  I need help.

  I'm busy with Adobe Dreamweaver CC (2014) part 1 course.  In my first year they asked me to open a file in Dreamweaver from a folder, they sent me and make changes.  I can open it, everything, but when I need to make the changes that I can't like the options I need to work on is grayed out.  They want to go to view-Visual Aids and then toggle styles CSS, etc., but I can't do anything because the options are grayed out. I even tried with other exercises and there again I can't do anything because the options are grayed out.  May be because I'm working on the CC 2014 files and I installed DW CC 2015, or is there any other problem I can fix?

  Press the button CREATE (lower-right).

  Now, copy and paste the content of your TEXT file in the newly created HTML document.  Save as test.html.
