  Hi all

  I have a few questions on the search results page in sensitive HTML5 layout.

  If you do research in sensitive html5 layout, you get the title of the topic as a clickable link. And get you underneath the path of htm on the subject. The next line is the first line of the heading.

  

  Does anyone know how to change it so that I'm not Thatcher the htm path in my search results. After the first clickable link, I would get either just the first line, or if this is possible at all, the first two lines.

  As is - that someone knows where you specify the default settings for the search options?

  

  We use robohelp 11 If this could be significant to this issue.

  Before you begin, if you're on RH11.0.3, make sure you have the following fix: issues in RoboHelp 11.0.3

  This fix is needed, otherwise you will not be able to open the .slp pages.

  Remove the URL of Theme1:

  1. Open Topic.slp.
  2. Switch to HTML view.
  3. Delete the code: (default line 295).

  With respect to the duration of the preview, I'm not sure it can be changed.

  Default settings:

  • Highlight search results:
    1. Open Topic.slp.
    2. Switch to HTML view.
    3. To find
    4. The value for the attribute checked. You can choose between true (enabled) or false (disabled).
  • All search words:
    1. Open Topic.slp.
    2. Switch to HTML view.
    3. To find
    4. The value for the attribute checked. You can choose between true (enabled) or false (disabled).
  • Number of search results: no matter what you choose in the layout editor, you get just back to the default of generation. To resolve this problem, I think that you need to change the output file. In the output, find searchResCount and change the options available.

• RoboHelp crashes when I try to change a sensitive 5 html layout page

  If I right click on one of the pages screen layout in the section of provisions of area form of project configuration that RoboHelp breaks down.  If I create a new, the Editor opens, but RoboHelp crashes whenever I try to change it. I can manually change the slp files in a text editor, but it's not particularly easy!

  I have 11.0.3.268 of RoboHelp.  I tried to create a completely new project, and the same thing happens.  I work locally on my desk, publication on a server.  I've added yet not any control of the project's source code.

  Any suggestions would be welcome.

  It is a known problem of regression in RoboHelp 11.0.3. The only solution for now is to open the SLP files with Notepad or another editor.

  You can report a problem to: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform&product=38 if Adobe is already aware of this problem, this form gives them an estimate of how many people use this feature. And more people report it, it is more likely to be fixed quickly.

• Cannot publish a layout HTML5 sensitive on the RoboHelp Server

  I use the trial versions of RoboHelp 2015 and RoboHelp Server 10. We used the previous version of RoboHelp and RoboHelp Server to publish our help for some time. Our software moves or available to be consulted on various devices, so we try to test responsive publishing HTML 5 on the RoboHelp Server.

  When we try to publish the project we get one of two errors "Publishing has been abandoned. The FTP session was stopped. "or"failed to publish on "TEST_EM". Reason: the FTP session is over. "We have tried this on two machines different author and he can't get through.

  Steps to follow:

  1. We have set up a server with RoboHelp 10 installed.
  2. We have created a test project with RoboHelp 2015 with a sensitive HTML 5 layout.
  3. We could fill in the domain of the evil server directory but the documentation mentions about how to post HTML 5 reagent on the RoboHelp Server, or if this is the case, it does not match the actual screens. When you select a new destination, you get the following window that we learned to love previously, except that it doesn't have a refresh button which lists the server areas and it has this new "Directory Server" field.

  

  We have poured over the documentation and can't find what to put. We have gone through all the other connection protocols, and they do not seem to apply.

  RoboHelp Server Help says:

  Publish your RoboHelp projects (2015 version)

  (1) create or change Responsive HTML5, WebHelp Pro and FlashHelp Pro available.

  (2) do one of the following:

  • Right click the Responsive HTML5, WebHelp Pro and FlashHelp Pro in the Single available

  Source pod layouts and select Properties.

  • Double-click the sensitive HTML5, WebHelp Pro or FlashHelp Pro available in the

  Single Source Layouts pod.

  (3) in the Options dialog box, click next to move to the server selection screen.

  4) click New to create a destination of RoboHelp Server to post projects. In the new Destination

  dialog box, provide the descriptive name, server name, user ID and password to connect and

  authenticate on the RoboHelp Server.

  5) click on the Refresh button to get the updated list areas of the server. If you do not select a

  region, the project is published in the default zone.

  NOTE: To post to the default context (robohelp), enter the name of the server in the

  http:// < servername >: < PortNumber > format. RoboHelp adds

  / server/robohelp for her. Otherwise, to publish in one context other than robohelp, specify a full

  URL to the format http:// < servername >: < PortNumber > / < NomContexte > /

  Server

  6) click OK to save the server configurations and close the new Destination dialog box.

  (7) click on save and build to generate the output.

  (8) once the output is generated, click on publish to publish the project to RoboHelp Server.

  NOTE: To view the project on the server, go to the RoboHelp Server Web Administrator and projects

  tab, select the area where you published the project.

  Unfortunately, there is no button update, as described in step 5.

  Other information:

  We were able to publish the WebHelp Pro project previously created on the new server, just not the HTML5 draft.

  The server logs show nothing on an attempt to logon we feel contact us even the server.

  I installed the update 3.

  Can someone tell what to put in this area or explain why we see not the button refresh?

  I am answering my own post in case anyone else runs into this problem. I had installed the update 3, but apparently it took a reboot of the machine to become active. After the machine shut down over the weekend and re-opening RoboHelp this morning, the RoboHelp Server connection protocol option is available in the new Destination window. When you select the option of RoboHelp Server publishes it successfully. Thank you for your help.

• Delete the Index of default layout of sensitive HTML5

  Hello

  Is it possible to remove the default layout for HTML5 sensitive Index-icon? (See highlighted box in the picture)

  

  When I create the output sensitive HTML5 it four icons are created by default (table of contents, index, glossary and search function). As I did not need an index for my project icon index could confuse users, so I would remove it. I couldn't find all the settings in the output settings to remove.

  The answer is Yes!

  However, it will be easy depends on your version of RoboHelp. I hope that you are using version 2015. In this version, you open the pod of Outputs (SSL) and double-click the sensitive layout. Then in the general section on the left side, click on the button customize the selected layout.

  

  In the left base settings section, click the drop-down on the issue of the Index, and then change true to False.

  

  If your version of RoboHelp is 11, you probably need to muck about with manually edit files.

• Reagents HTML layouts

  We have tested the Responsive HTML5 layouts in RoboHelp 11. These can be selected by clicking on 'Gallery' in the section 'General' of the sensitive 'HTML5 settings' dialog box. I guess that these layouts can be used in trade, and that they are not just for demonstration. I guess that's the case, but would like confirmation of this from Adobe please. Thank you, Mark

  While Adobe pop in from time to time people, not all threads are read by Adobe. I can confirm that any provision in RoboHelp can be used commercially, but if you want Adobe, you must directly contact the support.

• 8 of RoboHelp HTML - layout VERY basic and naming issue.

  OK, I'm sure this must be obvious to everyone because I can't seem to find in the places I tried. My personal experience with the help files is not help (Yes, I know, pun intended).

  I create a RoboHelp HTML to a PDF file.

  When importing the file, I give myself the opportunity to create a new topic based on a style. Great so far. After doing experimental and looked at the exit that I am of the feeling that "something" is "an HTML document that, in theory, covers an area of interest, that's why the subject of the phrase.

  Then I opened the help file for IE I see the content as "Find the Pages Web You Want" and «Browsing the Web Offline» None of them can be selected to display information in the right pane, but open both to show what I will call "subtopics", which each opens what appears to be an html document in the right pane.

  Adobe Help files are a little easier to deal with, just navigate to the folder for help and there are all of the HTML files.

  So, I'm confused, and I have a major mental block which makes it difficult to act without getting a hierarchy/layout. And if this information is available in Robohelp or place help me smack in line, right to the back of the head and point me in the right direction because I'm not.

  Internet Explorer help, what should I call the links in the left pane, where I can click to bring up a page in the right pane? What I call the elements that I can stress that, when clicked, display list clickable links? And it is true that if I ask RoboHelp to create a topic out of each of a given style, then I'll have a separate HTML document for each instance of this style?

  Hi there and welcome to the wonderful world of wild and wacky to help creation!

  The area on the left side is generally called a "Navigation pane". The Navigation pane usually has different points of view. Table of contents (TOC), Index, glossary, and of course, research.

  Table of contents contains a metaphor books and Pages. Each book contains Pages inside. Each Page includes links directly to a file HTML (Topic).

  Indeed, if you are suck content PDF, RoboHelp is told what the criteria is to divide the long PDF document in individual HTML topic pages.

• Failed to get tab layout html on DW of the trial?

  Trial of DW, I downloaded, but I can't even first Base.  I downloaded the files to get started. When I opened Dreamweaver menu panel at the top is empty when commissioning illustration show a tab page HTML layout.  How can I start even this test without this tab?

• Sensitive Layouts stocks?

  I feel that many people would benefit stock grid Layouts, updated map and navigate through the Pages.

  There are probably a lot of people who want to just be operational quickly and quickly see the content in their application. I have seen that the equivalent of the Content Viewer app is coming and who is great news.

  I feel like Adobe can provide a single stock installation sensitive grid to layout/map that consists of a stack of base pairs from image/blurb.

  Yes this is not a one size fits all solutions, but then users have the opportunity to go beyond the stock Layouts and generate/produce their own based on existing tools.

  I also feel that users must also be able to generate/reproduce their own sensitive layouts (grid/map/browse Pages). Having to create these feels counterintuitive fixed layouts in an environment where all of the media, we are surrounded with more responsive is all the time.

  We plan to add a few extra example maps/layouts and somehow increased their creation in the near future.

  Can you elaborate a little bit on the layouts of sensitive and how you would see their behavior? What do you mean by generation/produce your own layouts sensitive?

  Right now the grid is scaling of the device that you see in, scale of maps based on the grid, and you can set the positioning of elements in the map (padding/margins) in % they also operate on smaller devices.

  I recently migrated to Zen Cart to Business Catalyst. I downloaded a bootstrap model 3 of bcgurus catalyst for Bootstrap 3 model business and went to the city. I love it but my shopping catalogue does not bend to my will.

  I have problems with the flexibility of the catalog and product list layout. The General layout is just static and won't break any down. The small individual product presentation divs overlap. I searched for hours and I've tried everything I can find to throw at it, but it will not only act as I want that.

• Broken HTML in the Blackberry10 Simulator.

  Hello. I am writing an app for BB10. It will only be used with Q10 and Z10 devices, so I only use the methods available for BB10 API in WebWorks.

  I write HTML today and the layout looks good in the ripple. But when I run an app in BB10 Simulator with VMWare Player my layout HTML seems broken. So here are my questions:

  1. why the HTML layout is broken in Simulator when in ripple, all seems well?

  2 put in my application page will look too broken on Q10 and Z10 devices?
