• Capture video with Realplayer streaming has stopped working - will be fixed for the next version?

  When a video is streaming, Realplayer is supposed to create a small rectangular box in the upper right corner with a message 'Download this video '. In the latest version of Firefox that box no longer appears. So, the video cannot be downloaded. On the other hand, using Chrome things work as they are supposed to.

  Bridge does not recognize the presence of my camera more, so I can't upload the pictures.  It's obviously a big problem.  I tried to download the camera my husband and also had no luck.  We both use Canon Rebel T3i.  I tried to reset the preferences in Bridge.  Did not work.

I thought it would solve all my problems and offer me the latest updates as well. I was horribly wrong! • RealPlayer has stopped working - Windows 7

  It started a week ago.  I have Windows 7.  Whenever I try to play ANY video or music (not just youtube) or try to download with realplayer, I get the message "Realplayer stopped working" in a few seconds to start playing or downloading, then it stops.  I uninstalled and then re-installed, downloaded the updates and still have the same problem.  I use the free realplayer Basic, and there is no support for the free version.  If you know an other downloader that works on any site or a fix for this problem of realplayer, please let me know.  Thank you.

  Ah, OK. I understand now.

  There are a few things you can try:

  • Try to disable all that you are your themes, add-ons and plug-ins that are not specific to RealPlayer to see if that solved the problem. To do this in the questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode. If it becomes RealPlayer to work with Firefox, then one of our themes, modules, or plugins (or a combination of two or more of them) is in conflict with the functionality of RealPlayer.
  • If you use RealPlayer in Firefox with success with a new profile (no), or in your standard profile with all the themes, modules and plug-ins disabled, then try enabling, one at a time and restart the browser after each to test each of them in order. You should be able to refine that one or combination causes the problem in this way.
  • If you can't use RealPlayer in Firefox with a new and not improved profile, or with all the themes, modules and plugins disabled, then the problem may be that the RealPlayer product simply does not work as expected. The fact that RealPlayer support has a support page for the problem suggests that the problem is on their end, rather than with Firefox.

  4. what exactly happens when you try to open my documents and file downloads?

  5. have you well any type of encryption, or if you are aware of what it is done on your computer?

  Please follow the steps and the link:

  Method 1:

  Decryption of a file:

  1. Right click on the file you want to decrypt, and then click Properties.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Click to uncheck the checkbox encrypt content to secure data to decrypt the data.
  4. Click OK to close the Advanced attributes dialog.
  5. Click OK to close the Properties dialog box.
  6. If the folder contains files that it contains, the confirm attribute changes dialog box appears. You can choose to decrypt only the folder. But it will decrypt all the files currently contained in the file.
