Receive error message: refused email - 5.7.1 command rejected

I try to send an email to my account of eprint with hp I was abel to send successfully since some time.  Suddenly, it won't work.  I receive a rejection notice similar to what I copied and pasted below.

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you are getting emails from rejection when you try to use ePrint. I would like to help.

Without knowing the domain of your email address, I can only really speculate. I'm sure that you don't send to Gmail, or other major e-mail providers. If you are using a corporate email, or something and it is not configured to authenticate outgoing e-mail correctly, it can cause this problem.

I use the following links to test domain names. If the field fails or the other criterion, then it is a DKIM or SPF issue with the mail client.
