  You can set a flag in a table when you start the procedure by an independent transaction, is visible to other sessions. When your procedure is completed, you reset the flag.

  On each call to the procedure, you read the flag. When it is set, then you will raise an error as "The procedure currently in use".

• Move the HD from one office to another desktop computer

  It is a question about moving the files & applications from one desktop to another. I try to get 1 year of use of existing & software equipment.

  I have an office of stand-alone Dell old 12 years with Windows XP that I use every day at home. I have an old Dell Office of 7 years with XP & no apps or files that I have gained from the work that I do not use.

  I guess the older machine is sick because I have to reset the clock each time I boot Windows. It seems to work otherwise. I want to act before the death of the sick machine.

  A method that I am considering moves chips drive & memory fixed older machine to the latest machine. These two components are less than 3 years. I replaced a fixed disk damaged & added some memory.

  The other method I see is to copy the contents of the fixed disk on the sick machine on the newer machine fixed drive, leaving the components in place.

  I know I need to buy new hardware and new software. I would wait 10 Windows.

  I'd like suggestions on the simple, reliable and cost-effective method to buy more time by using existing hardware.

  To move the data from the user, just install the xp installation cd, search for "other tasks" in the

  menu, search for "File Transfer Wizard", set the pc as old pc, select the file to save, save files

  in a new folder that you created, once its through, out of xp cd. Move the new folder to a cd

  Once through, on the new pc, install the xp installation cd, locate the file transfer, set the new pc, select

  to search for files, installation cd with user data, find the folder on cd, install FTW

  It automatically... Best bet is to run FTW on a new user account, and then move the files to the other as

  necessary. It's one way, others, install the HD from old pc to new, HD set as slave,

  with the HD as a slave, the data can be used with the operating system.

  You can check some dates that those were the last time.

  Start - Recent Articles - click with the right button on any entry and select Properties - general tab
  This may not work for some.

  Also check the contents of this folder:

  "C:\Users\Your user Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent.

  Where C: is the drive where are your user profiles.

  Right-click on any entry - properties - general tab

  I have Excel 2016, 2016 Word and Notepad made the fallen on my taskbar with different points, that I use frequently pinned in their right click menu. Recently, when I right click I just get the bottom lines two (program name and options off) and no files listed. I wait 30 seconds to a minute and my list of files appears. Menus on other programs pinned to the taskbar tasks seem to work very well and instantly.

  It might be a recent update of Windows or Office 2016 update that changed the behavior but remember that these are the only 2 things that have been updated.

  In a project I'm working on, I want to open and close a frontpanel showing a few plots of a different VI. I have managed to create the visualization VI and send references to indicators and the VI himself on the next block. I can open the FP using a knot rely on ref VI, but I can only interact with the newly opened VI. To get back that I have to close by pressing X, I would prefer if I could have just running in the background or minimized once I click on my 'main' Vi once again. I have attached screws necessary.

  I do not see your code because I've not upgraded to 2014 yet (shame on me ). Here's a main VI which opens a graph VI in two ways:

  1. without running, just by FP. Opened. The main VI continues to meet. It is not really recommended, but I think that's what you do.

  2 (diagram enable disabled): by running the VI using the VI run invoke node. In this way, the chart VI is called dynamically and the main VI is not wait until it is done to continue.

  This could be due to the sender using an email address different their site every time, so even if you block one, it does block the others.

  Assuming you are using hotmail, in page e-mail, on options to right click on it, then more options. In the new page under customization of hotmail, click on rules for the sorting of messages.

  Click new to create a new rule, and then under step a sender address > contains > then put in something that is the same in all the addresses of the e-mail news service PC you have found.

  For example, if the emails you receive were pcservicenews.123.com, who has blocked you, then you will get another one of pcservicenews.124.com because it is not blocked, put pcservicenews in and under step 2 select Remove. This will delete all of the messages you get where sender contains pcservicenews, then it must block all emails from them.

  If you use something else than hotmail, there is probably something similar.

  Recently I encountered the following problem, for which I can't understand a solution. I have some programs such as Excel and Word pinned to the taskbar, and my most frequently used documents are pinned on the list of recent items of each of these programs (so I mean not the newest items on the start menu menu, but those pinned applications).

  For more than a year, pinned reorganization points on the upper half has functioned well. In recent weeks, however, the reorganization has unexpected results: say there are, B and C and D made the pinned menu recent Articles of Word in that order. When I try to drag the C between A and B, C will be displayed before. Similarly, when you try to drag between C and D B, B will be the last element.

  You, guys, a tip on how work this autour? I guess some kind of "reset" of this feature would be useful, it seems that something was stuck that wouldn't have to be pasted. If it's a browser, I would say that to clean temporary files. Is there something like that, what could I do?

  What I tried:

  * Detach all the elements of the word, and then start again pinning. No change.

  * Menu set start to not maintain a list of recent items, then activated this option. No change.

  * Searched my docs of the user and the registry for a list of the added items. Thought to find a folder of links asc:\Users\Launch\User Pinned\ \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick , but I only found a registry key that looks like containing all these elements in a key chain with some additional data, so that I wasn't not dare delete this reg value enough.

  In fact a solution has been found in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/officeversion_other-word/list-of-recent-documents-not-showing-up-in-task/8f63be2f-67b0-463e-995e-8274adefdcbe, and it works.

  For me, the name of the file to be deleted in the %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations was 9839aec31243a928.automaticDestinations - ms, but the name can be an id and opposed on various systems.

  The best is to find your file reorganize everything, PIN or detach a file in Excel, or just to open and close a file and then search for the file with the most recent date any time. All the operations described, I suppose, will modify the corresponding file, so all you need to do after this is to sort files by date, to find and remove the latest file, and you can start re-adding pinned items to Excel.

• "File &gt; open recent" does not work.    Second problem: impossible to drag individual files or folders, from one place to the other.

  I recently installed Lightroom 6 (stand-alone version).  I have two separate issues: firstly the "file > open recent" does not work.  The cottage my last files but when I click on one of them, nothing happens (don't close the existing catalog, nothing new opens).

  Second problem: I can't drag individual files or folders, from one place to another within the section "Files" from the library.  I did this on a regular basis with older versions of LR so I know how it's done - it does everything just not in this new version.
