Recent articles in alphabetical order

Hello
When I click on start-> recent items, I see a list in alphabetical order, and not in chronological order. Since he is only 15 points, I can't the more recent articles, unless I open the file of the past itself.
It is not a major problem, but it's still a nuisance. Is it possible to restore normal operation?
Thank you

  • The songs in its library of music must be listed in alphabetical order by song, not by the artist.

I recently downloaded 10 IOS.  When I go to my music library, so I could go to playlists, artists, albums, or songs.  Given that my artists are listed in alphabetical order, is it not superfluous to enumerate my songs in alphabetical order of the artist?  I prefer my songs alphabetically by song title as it used to be.

    Hey fosterdogmom,

I understand that you do not want to see your songs in alphabetical order by title to the music as opposed to them being sorted by artist app. I can help you with that.

To change this, go in settings > music and look for a setting called sorting songs and Albums and choose to sort by title. Take a look at the following link for more details on this.

  • Playlists within folders are not displayed in alphabetical order.

My playlists within folders are no longer displayed alphabetically. The playlists of a folder sort order used to sort the smart playlists listed first, sorted alphabetically and then regularly following playlists, also in alphabetical order. The default order appears to be dictated by the order in which I add a playlist to a folder. Is there a way to go back to get my playlists displayed in alphabetical order in a folder?

It is since October of 2012 because I regularly used last iTunes. At the time, I was on iTunes under Windows XP. I am back in iTunes on my new Mac and finds that some things have changed.

I use iTunes 12.3.2.35 for Mac (OS X El Capitan V 10.11.2).) I searched the internet with so many phrases that I could think of a solution, but don't see any recent threads on the topic.

So I would really appreciate help with this!

If your problem isn't at all like mine, I have a solution for you.  Two things.  First of all, you will probably get their back to alphabetical simply quit iTunes and restart.

However, you may need also a more involved issues like I did.

I had not only of new playlists are going down, but in many cases (but not all), any playlist I clicked on that jump down!  I came across a solution today.  I was working on one of the selections that are still in place, but changed the opinion of "Playlist" (the one that shows a small pocket followed by the name and some other information file) to a called «movie Lists»  "Lists of film" is a playlist folder that contains a number of smart playlists, including the one I was working on.

Well, as soon as I changed from this point of view, this playlist jumped to the bottom of the list.  Then, I checked all the smart playlists in each playlist file.  Of course, everything that had the view set to the name of the folder that they were kept jumping around.  I could change the 'Playlist', or 'Movies' (or what type the playlist was for), or 'Genre' and they move.

So I suspect that if your playlist jumps down when you click on it, if you check your records, you will find that point of view is the problem.   Change the display (selection on the top right side, just under the box "search") and solve the problem.  Then, quit iTunes and restart to bring back them to alphabetical.

  • with the update, my alphabetical order of the contact group got screwed up.  How can I get it organized again

My iPhone has updated, then my alphabetical order of the contact group got all out or sequence and mixed up.

How can I get it organized again?

    Hi, Dinyross.

    Please visit Apple support communities.

I understand that your contacts are not in alphabetical order.  Depending on whether you want to view by the first or last name, make sure that sort and order of two display show all first, last or last, first.

    Contacts settings

Go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars, where you can:

    • Change the way contacts are sorted

    • Display contacts by first name or name

    • Change how long names are abbreviated in the lists

    • Choose to display favorite and recent contacts in the form of multitasking

    • Define a default account for new contacts

    • Set your My Info card

    • Set if the updates and new contacts are automatically derived from mail you receive

After a recent accident, my screen is distorted during boot and in the BIOS. Random Charactersa are replaced by a different letter, that is, the periods are replaced with commas, 'Windows' may appear as 'Walker', 'restarted' as 'Reqtarted' and 'Network' as 'Letuoriini '.

It seems that the characters are disabled by two in alphabetical order, appearing as A, D, appearing as a B C.

After much trial and error, it turned out that my graphics card was at fault.

The original accident occurred during the loading of Arkham City, which has always been a little bit of lag on my system. As he had been executed more slowly than normal, I installed a driver updated for it. No improvement, except when it is trying to run anything that has used its installed engines, (PhysX, DirectX, or any more complex than the Minesweeper game) or the card system would be plant or generate error messages.
So I ran several antivirus programs, nothing unusual came. Biting the bullet, I formatted the drive and reinstalled Windows XP.  The computer works, but need several resettlement programs. During the restoration, the distorted letters are returned to the starting, development not being able to get in Mode safe without extreme distortion after the start.

I had almost given up hope until it appeared. Since the PC started normally, it wouldn't BIOS or any other material.
My secondary fan came unplugged, and the fan on the graphics card had stopped working. After switching to the card mother VGA, distortion had disappeared.
    Final diagnosis: overheated graphics card.

  • Windows Live Mail will not sort in alphabetical order 'To' column

In Windows Live Mail I can click on the header of column and sequence or sort by alphabetical order of most of the columns, but for some reason, it will not sort in alphabetical order the column 'To '.  Some names are grouped, but a lot of seemingly random order occurs.  How can I fix?

    Hi Scott,.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue that has yet to be resolved.  See http://www.windowslivehelp.com/thread.aspx?threadid=7cd886b5-6726-4ef8-833d-6d19819be8ec where it is attached the answer someone of Windows Live (not only a poster regular like most of us) almost exactly the same question as you - and the answer is quite recent.

Here's another thread in the same pregnant responded with an MVP who admits that it is a bug that has yet to be resolved.  http://www.windowslivehelp.com/thread.aspx?ThreadId=c601b584-4448-4564-9702-64065e86b1d5 although this dates back to January, apparently he still is not resolved and requires the latest version of the product as well (so that they really have trouble with this code).

Sorry it wasn't the answer you wanted to hear, but it's something that you just need to treat before iti is resolved.  I would put a bookmark on the page of main support of these links (click back until you get there) and periodically check to see if a solution has been found (or perhaps a work around).  In fact, any questions about Windows Live Mail, you would do well to post in this forum instead of here because they are much more experienced with it, aware of the problems and solutions and quite simply have more people with greater expertise on this product if you are likely to get a better response and more quickly (or even find the solution by searching on the solution and then site forums).

    Good luck!

  • Problems of reorganization of the items pinned in the recent Articles from applications menu pinned to the taskbar

    Hello

Recently I encountered the following problem, for which I can't understand a solution. I have some programs such as Excel and Word pinned to the taskbar, and my most frequently used documents are pinned on the list of recent items of each of these programs (so I mean not the newest items on the start menu menu, but those pinned applications).

For more than a year, pinned reorganization points on the upper half has functioned well. In recent weeks, however, the reorganization has unexpected results: say there are, B and C and D made the pinned menu recent Articles of Word in that order. When I try to drag the C between A and B, C will be displayed before. Similarly, when you try to drag between C and D B, B will be the last element.

You, guys, a tip on how work this autour? I guess some kind of "reset" of this feature would be useful, it seems that something was stuck that wouldn't have to be pasted. If it's a browser, I would say that to clean temporary files. Is there something like that, what could I do?

    What I tried:

    * Detach all the elements of the word, and then start again pinning. No change.

    * Menu set start to not maintain a list of recent items, then activated this option. No change.

    * Searched my docs of the user and the registry for a list of the added items. Thought to find a folder of links asc:\Users\Launch\User Pinned\ \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick , but I only found a registry key that looks like containing all these elements in a key chain with some additional data, so that I wasn't not dare delete this reg value enough.

(Environment: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, English version)

    Looking forward to your advice.

    EM

In fact a solution has been found in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/officeversion_other-word/list-of-recent-documents-not-showing-up-in-task/8f63be2f-67b0-463e-995e-8274adefdcbe, and it works.

For me, the name of the file to be deleted in the %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations was 9839aec31243a928.automaticDestinations - ms, but the name can be an id and opposed on various systems.

The best is to find your file reorganize everything, PIN or detach a file in Excel, or just to open and close a file and then search for the file with the most recent date any time. All the operations described, I suppose, will modify the corresponding file, so all you need to do after this is to sort files by date, to find and remove the latest file, and you can start re-adding pinned items to Excel.

  • Calls slide from the project to sequence/timeline window window in alphabetical order (CS6)

My project files are named after the date and time, they have been taken:

    by default 2016-02-11 at 0.58.19 AM.png

What I'm trying to do is to sort them alphabetically (most recent Yes of the shooting earlier in the shot) and drag them into the timeline.

In order to have all shots play chronologically in the Timeline and to focus only on editing - such as cutting, color, classification, stabilizers, etc. - and not spend time rearrange the order of the shots (more than 400 shots).

When I drag them from the files of project in the timeline window, they go in the order of 'bad' (from Z to A instead of A to Z).

It doesn't make a difference what order they are in the project window, they end up going from Z to A in the window of the sequence.

Does anyone know how to keep A to alphabetical order of Z of the moves after they have been trained in the timeline? Thank you very much

Click on the first in the list

Hold the SHIFT key and select the last

and then drag to the timeline.

How to manage files Acrobat DC for iOS

I suspect that you look at the Recent section.  Your can switch to the Local (for files & folders stored on your iPad/iPhone) or Cloud of Document (for files & folders stored in the Document Adobe, formerly called Acrobat.com cloud) to find your "lost" files  The above document will show you how to move the other file location.

In addition, if the files & folders exceed a certain number, Acrobat DC display these files in alphabetical order.

Note: Alphabetical display order is not available in the recent section (that I know of).

Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Thank you.

  • Suddenly my mail is displayed in alphabetical order by name of shippers, rather than the date of receipt?

Normally when I opened my Thunderbird mail the most recent e-mail appears at the top of the page with old messages below the last in order of date of receipt. Now the mail is represented with senders name in alphabetical order, regardless of the date of receipt

You can sort the list of messages on most of his columns. Just click where it says "Date." There is a column which is not sort, but if you click on the label he switches between views threaded and Unthreaded.

For more explicit sort options, activate the menu using alt or F10, and then go to view | Sort by.

I use the sort by different columns (sender, subject, date) to help find and organize messages. Sorting is a tool provided for your convenience. Fear not, use it in a constructive way.

    .............. Mike

    Hello Michael Stupinski!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! It's a big question that you have about the sorting of your music on your device iOS by title in alphabetical order. What you need to do is to go to settings > music. Once there, you will see the option to sort by. Press that and change it to TITLE.

Once this is done, open your music app and press library. Make sure you have songs in option. If you do not, go to editing on the top of the right side and select it. Then go to the songs and the songs should be listed in alphabetical order by title.

Have a great day and enjoy your music from Apple!
